The customer service at this location is horrible… Your employees are Rude… I see why no one goes here…

I’ve given this Subway location plenty of opportunities to earn my business and they just cannot get things right. I’ve always been a customer in the early morning hours during the week between 7:30 — 8:30am and the bread is always from the previous day! The bread is always stale at this time of the day. I’ve been eating Subway for over 20 years, so I think I know what to expect for quality. I took a couple of bites out of my sandwich this morning on the way to work and ended up tossing the entire thing in the garbage. The owner must change his business philosophy and uphold his location to the Subway franchise standards. Management can start by getting rid of bread at the end of the night! Please start thinking about your customers and not your pockets! I will say that the employees in the morning are nice and efficient. I have also shared my concerns via the Subway cookie survey, but truly please keep your cookies and serve us fresh baked bread regardless of the time of day!

I went here to get lunch for the office. I had 3 orders and the girl behind the counter didn’t miss a beat. Had all three sandwiches right and made them all at the same time. I was impressed. She was like a conveyor belt that was custom made. She was very sweet and I was glad I came. To top it off $ 5 footlongs can never be beat!
