My husband and I bought two slip-​covered chairs from this location. When they were delivered, however, they were wrinkled, and the white glove delivery service left them looking a bit sloppy. When I shared this feedback, Marie offered to come out and steam the chairs herself, which she did! Now they look amazing, and we are so pleased. Kudos to this location — and to Marie particularly — for her commitment to stellar customer service. She helped us pick out the chairs quickly, thanks to her expert knowledge of the products, and she resolved the situation swiftly when we weren’t 100% happy. Couldn’t ask for more!

After looking at a few places for a higher end couch we stumbled upon Gold + Williams. We browsed around and immediately fell in love with the designs. They are modern but still have warm and tasteful lines. We were in the process of building a house so we needed the perfect piece of furniture to built our living around and we found it! The Alex couch was perfect. We decided to take some pictures and wait until our house was finished. After going to the Apple Store to return some faulty items we decided to see if there was any new designs and found the Alex couch we fell in love with was for sale! We knew right away it was meant to be and purchased it that day. The delivery process was perfect and we are in love with our beautiful and amazingly crafted couch. All of the employees were so helpful as well. They really make you feel important and at home. We have a few more purchases to make at Gold + Williams and I can’t tell you enough how awesome they are!!!

The first time we came in here, we fell in love with one of their couches. We couldn’t get it at that time because we were waiting for our house to finish building. Marie helped us out and told us about their products and warranty. The prices are a bit higher than the normal stores like Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie, Crate and Barrel, etc. But the furniture is hand crafted and comes with a great warranty. They have really great looking furniture — modern with clean lines. They have furniture and accessories that we can both agree on.
A few weeks later, we went back to buy our couch. The girl who helped us was very helpful and accommodating. (I wish I got her name.) She answered our questions and she wasn’t overbearing like sales people at other stores. She left us alone to let us decide if we wanted to go through with the purchase.
They offer a great in-​home design service. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. We can’t wait for our new couch!
