Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Answered all of our questions promptly over e-​mail, and even provided us documents that our real estate didn’t. Very accommodating to clientele and answered every one of our questions with graciousness and patience.

I used this company when I bought my house. Initially I was told that the first months HOA fees were collected at closing. When I emailed the Title agent (Analisa Fink) she responded that she’s sent a check over and it had been cashed. She said she’d contact the HOA. A month later the HOA said they were still short. I emailed Analisa from Old Republic Title to ask about it twice. I got no response. Finally I called. She said they had missed it and not collected at closing. The other check was for fees. She said «well, you would have owed it anyway.» When I was frustrated and said she wasn’t taking responsibility for making a mistake she became mocking, repeating my words in a sarcastic tone that reminded me of a middle schooler. It was incredibly unprofessional. Based on my experience I would never recommend this company. Run away!
