They have alot cute items here for all occasions. I would say customer service is pretty bad. The guys seem like he doesn’t like his job and we would ask him something and he would just point. I wish this place was a little more customer friendly. I probably wont be back.

Lisa– the Store Manager helped me pick out custom graduation announcements in May. She gave me enough time to look through everything after she gave me all of my options. It was great! Not too much pressure and I didn’t feel rushed. I had them printed with a picture and they were ready the very next day for pickup at the store!!! Amazing customer service and products. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

This store is awesome and the ladies that work here are super nice! A great gift idea for your coworkers would be to make them personalized cards or notepads~ They do such a fantastic job with the monograming and it doesn’t take very long to get it done. Although this store is a bit pricier than your cards/notes at Target, they do make the extra effort to make the personalization look very professional and classy. They have a ton of fonts/colors to choose from and they can pretty much personalize anything. They also have a great selection of individual cards for bdays, holidays, etc. Definitely worth checking this place out!

I love cards and stationery! Papyrus has a great selection of cards. Once you’ve gone here you can’t really go back to Carlton Cards or Hallmark. They have thicker cardstock and nicer envelopes. The only thing is you pay extra for the cards. Its worth it. They have a membership that is called«The Perfect Card». You pay $ 20 to join for a year. And everytime you buy four cards you get a fifth card free. This is a worthless membership unless you buy cards on a regular basis. They sell wedding invitations and just recently entered the rat race of doing personalization on all paper goods. They sell gift wrapping, offer gift wrapping service(at an expensive price) and sell gifts as well. The paper choices for gift wrap can be sold by a roll or by sheet. The sheets are about $ 3.95 — 9.95. They are beautiful but if the receiver of your gift doesn’t appreciate paper — don’t buy it. Over all customer service is below standard. This particular branch, if you get lucky you will meet one really nice employee but most of the times the workers just look at you and don’t speak to you or offer any help. Its a great place to walk in and buy some time if waiting for a friend or just for pure window shopping pleasure.
