Sephora

I go to Sephora often for my beauty products. This one in particular is inside Willow Bend. There could be a gazillion of them working that day but none would acknowledge you or try to offer help. Even if you look confused and obviously need help, going from aisle to aisle trying to find something. They’re either chit chatting or going around playing with products at the store. I hate the service here and don’t expect much whenever I walk in (not even a simple hello) – and even though it’s one of their smaller stores, it’s the most convenient location for me so…

Not a great visit, but not a horrible one either.

The girls here are awesome. Super helpful and friendly everything I’m in. This location doesn’t sell all of the brands the others may carry as they don’t have as much space, but I prefer this store to the others anyday. Always clean and easy to get what I need.

This location is the best Sephora! The reps are always helpful, they give great samples, and on the rare occasion I need to return a product it’s not a problem whatsoever. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs!

Great store, great staff. They are very knowledgeable and very talented. This is my favorite place because they let me sample before I buy which is important since I have sensitive skin. I have discovered products I LOVE here.

Well this is the place to come for makeovers! I booked three appointments for my daughters and me and what a special treat. From the custom color IQ foundation match to the lesson for my oldest on how to make eyeliner wings we could not have had more fun or walked away with better products. Our makeup artists were Emilia Wendy and Aysa and they were all so fun to work with! The best customer service. The store is small but it has their products packed into the isles and all the team know them inside out. Thank you so much!

I have been to this location twice. I walked past five employees and none of them spoke. I wanted to try the NARS foundation but it was like pulling teeth to get some to help me find my color or even try the product on my face. They are rude and very unhelpful.

Wow. I’ve been to so many sephoras and everyone usually rushes to help you the minute walk through the door… Yeah, not the case here. I’ve been to this location twice. You don’t get greeted at the door, everyone seems like they stay away or acts like they’re busy so they don’t have to help you. The first time nobody said a word to me. Today I went in looking for a new foundation brush. The guy that helped me was awful. Had attitude, told me the brush I’ve been using straight up sucks (real profession, bro) walked over handed me a different brush and basically sent me on my way. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to the north park location.

I’m not big on reviewing retail stores — but I had to sit down and type one out for this sephora location. The customer service was so good — how could I not? This is my now favorite and go to sephora in DFW area (and there are plenty of options!)
I always feel welcomed here and that sephora generally appreciates my business when i’m shopping at willow bend. My experience was wonderful mainly due to TONY and his excellent customer service skills, product recommendations and beauty knowledge. He’s the trifecta! (He also made my return super easy & comfortable!)
The staff here is great & super knowledgeable — I often feel like they’re happy to stop and answer questions /​recommend products, which doesn’t always seem to be the case at sephora.
I highly recommend this location — It’s a bit on the smaller side but they carry everything & then some — so i’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for. Also — I’ve never come here and found a product out of stock (yet! knock on wood…) so i’d hit this one up for your beauty shopping needs!

Enter with caution! I only say that because you will ALWAYS leave here with something and spend more than you expected. This is really a kid in a candy store concept expect with makeup! They have so makeup brands from low to high end and everything can be tested before you purchase it. All of the staff here is very friendly and always helps you find a product when you’re not exactly sure on what brand you may need to go with. I have never had an issue here and will continue to purchase my make up from sephora. Don’t forget to sign up for the free insider card for points and special promotion offers.

There are only 2 Sephoras in the DFW that I enjoy going to; this location inside Willowbend Mall or the one in Northeast Mall in Bedford. This location in particular has the most helpful makeup artists who are knowledgeable about the products and can quickly navigate you to what your current needs are. Plus, you can sign up for a Beauty Reward card and get free premium samples of fragrance, skin care, or make up. Every time I want to switch over to a new foundation, I always get matched with the right color quickly. Besides makeup, they also carry fragrance and skin care for both men and women. Sephora makes beauty shopping effortless. The quickest way to get here is to park at the Dillard’s parking garage.
