Pizza Hut

Wow, Jerald really rocked! I ordered a personal pan pizza for lunch. They brought out a Quasimodo looking monstrosity. I know what to expect for a cheese personal pan from pizza hut. I kindly asked them to make me another. They offered to let me keep the deformed pizza as well (was nice) but I declined. Turns out they didn’t have any personal crusts so they tried to make one out of a medium crust (didn’t work obviously). Jerald came outside to explain that they didn’t have any personal and upgraded it to be a medium to get it right. Wow, awesome customer service. Big fan, I work within walking distance and this place is definitely getting my business in the future!

We ordered online for delivery. We then got a phone call 10 minutes after telling us it went to the wrong store (which the website choose automatically), and they were canceling the order and we needed to Call the number he gave us to reorder. We called the number and placed our order. 45 minutes later we called to see where the order was, and they guy could not find it. We gave him the phone number, the address, everything and he said it just wasn’t there…
At this point it’s been over an hour since we first placed our order, so we said forget it we would just go get food. We get in our car… Drive to get food… Order, sit down, and are getting up to go to the car when we get a call from the Delivery guy saying he was there… We told him the story and he seemed angry. As if it were our fault… We called three times trying to get our order and finally were told that it didn’t even exist. So frustrating…

Everything was wrong. No one is in charge! I ordered on line. Pizza was suppose to be ready at 6:05pm. I arrived at 6:10pm. They HAD NOT STARTED MY ORDER yet. So I waited ANOTHER HALF HOUR and was presented with the WRONG PIZZA. Sad sad day.

I like Pizza Hut. But I always pick up rather than have it delivered. This time, delivery. I call to place my order. Tell them what I want. I’m asked to hold. I say sure. Well, after 7 minutes on hold I hang up and call back in. Yes, they have my order and it will be there in 30 minutes. Cool. An hour later, it arrives. $ 27. I give the driver two twenties,$ 40. He asks me if I want change back. Really? You are expecting a $ 13 tip, for being 30 minutes late? I say «Yes I would like change». He then asks me «How much do you want me to give you back? » Really? I said you can keep $ 4. He
then starts to tell me he may not have enough change.
Eventually, I get my pizza and wings and… the pizza is cold and the wings are dry and burned. Really? Oh well. Live and learn. No more pizza hut delivery.

I ordered from this location about a month ago. The rep on the phone gave me the specials and I chose the ‘2-​topping’ large pizza special that was $ 5 less than normal. I only wanted pepperoni so for my 2^nd topping I chose extra cheese (because if I’m getting the 2-​topping special then I want 2 toppings). When I picked up my order, the total was much higher than expected. I asked the person ringing me up, the same gentleman who took my order over the phone, why it was so high and he explained that extra cheese is extra. I understand that it’s normally extra, but I told him I wanted that to be the 2^nd topping for the special and he didn’t explain that over the phone. $ 5 is not a big amount, but it’s the principle of the matter. He asked if I would like a pizza-​sized cookie instead of a refund and I didn’t. He told me that he would add a $ 5 credit to my account to be used on my next order. I was happy with that. Tonight, I called to place a delivery order and the rep I spoke to told me the credit wasn’t there. She acted like she didn’t care to help find it and I said «Well then, I guess I’ll just lose that $ 5» to which she replied «Ok». The food is good and the location is very convenient for me, but I don’t think I’ll be going back because of the customer service.

If this were a review about the wings I’d give it 2 stars. But the pizza here is awesome! Not too pricey either. Doesn’t matter if you get the buffet or just order off the menu, you will not be disappointed in this PIZZA HUT location!

Been ordering here for awhile now. Last night I experience one of the best customer service I had anywhere. Pizza came late maybe 45 mins after I ordered. By the time it came it was cold. I called back and the girl on the phone was super nice about getting out a new one and it came super fast too. I rarely complain since I’m a guy. But the company I was with said you need to call them back. Whoever the girl that work last night. She was really nice and cool with my small complaint. Gotta customer for life because of your customer service. Great job guys.

Loved this place! Made an order for delivery and it arrived in less thank 20 minutes on the big game day! Pizza was super hot and fresh! The driver was very nice!!! He approached me with a big smile and say hello! — I needed to get an extra copy of the receipt and I called up there. They answered the phone and said that they would have a copy waiting for me to pick up the very next day. The next day I went in and was greeted by the manager and he had my receipt waiting on me with notes attached stating that I would be there to pick it up, please do not throw away! Made me feel very good!

It’s a Pizza Hut… they’re mostly the same. This one is pretty consistent and usually delivers earlier than the posted time.
Their new garlic bread «pizza» is pretty delicious if you like Texas toast. It wouldn’t hurt them to offer just plain old garlic bread at a reduced cost… I imagine most people would want just a piece or two of this alongside their regular pizza.

The driver brought the wrong soda and told me he would bring the correct one on his next delivery run. When he never showed up I called to get refund and the manager basically called me a liar and said the driver told him he delivered it. I asked for a refund on the product and the delivery charge (since they never delivered my complete order) He only gave me a refund on the soda. I’ll be sending my feedback to corporate, disputingthe charge and never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered some wings online and they had them ready within 10 mins. It’s a small location inside a shopping center on the corner of Custer and Parker.
