Pizza Hut

First of all, every time I have called for delivery the person taking my order always sounds miserable and impatient. Second of all, they said my order would take 65 minutes to be delivered to my house, which is a long time to begin with. And they didn’t get here until over 2 hours later. I thought my pizza wasn’t coming at all! Horrible service. One thing I can say though, is that their hot buffalo wings traditional with bone in are very good.

Ordered food tonight. Not only was it 20 minutes late. All the food showed up cold. It’s not that hard to make pizza and deliver it. If I could give it a negative star rating I would

I called and they took my order, never showed up, called back after 45 minutes and they had no record of my order. Never do business again. I’m glad they didn’t deliver, the pizza probably would have sucked anyway.

Pizza Hut makes some of the worst pizzas around. Occasionally you can still find one of those small town Pizza Hut buffets which are actually really good, but the regular Pizza Hut stores like this one make terrible pizza.
The pizzas always taste sort of undercooked and raw so it’s chewy. Their pizzas tend to be on the sweet side too which I find pretty disgusting.
There’s a good reason they have those ready to go pizzas for cheap. The dough is fried. I ordered one before I was aware of this. The crust has the texture of a crispy sponge. It was so disgusting I was tempted to toss it.

Go for the pick-​up specials. Soooo Cheap.
Just go traditional — pan, hand tossed or thin — don’t mess around with the gimmicky new stuff.
The wings are not very good. So don’t bother.
Service here is very good. Very polite — what sucks is that sometimes you don’t order from the store personnel — I think pizza hut is using a centralized call center to take their calls.

OK team, let’s get one thing straight. I do not eat at Pizza Hut. Or Domino’s, etc etc. (Papa John’s does have good breadsticks, if I recall)
Anyhow, if I want pizza then I’m going to Fireside or Louies. BUT since I was hongry at my office today and too busy to leave (maybe if I hadn’t discovered Unilocal I would get more work done) I thought of having something delivered.
Since only sandwich, Chinese and pizza delivers, my choices were limited. Had a sandwich yesterday. May have Chinese tonite. Decided to go pizza. Since I am trying not to be fat today, I decided to order a «healthy» pizza.
I remember the commercial about some natural (means healthy, right?) pizza, so here we are. Long story short, I ordered it online (something i have heard of but never done) and surprisingly it was painless and quick, and I got a deal!) and it was here in 30 minutes, as promised, exactly as I ordered it.
I never had to speak to a human, only smile at the guy and sign my slip and enjoy. The pizza was less than amazing, but it did the trick and was easy peasy so I have no complaints.
