Duane was very helpful and friendly. I have 2 large rental units and I have them set up on automatic payment every month. I recently had to change the credit card I was using, due to identity theft, and forgot that my old card was set up to make the next months rental payment. I got a call from Duane before the late charge was going to hit to inform me of the problem with the credit card. I went and took care of it the same day, and because he was nice enough to call me, I saved quite a large late fee.

The Colony, TX
When I was moving out of my apartment I went online looking for storage units public storage had a good deal so I went ahead and reserved a unit. When I arrived at this location Christine was so helpful! She explained all of the paperwork that I needed to sign and showed us out unit. She even calls to remind us when we are getting close to our due date.
I would recommend this property to anyone and make sure you ask for Christine!
