These folks are very friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I was supposed to return my rental truck to another location, but Maria (? sorry) here at Alma made phone calls for me and followed up until I was fully taken care of. In this day and age where most people don’t even do their own job, the customer care I received this morning was refreshing and exactly what I needed at the time, and from someone who didn’t stand to make a penny from the transaction. Most appreciated!
