Unbelievable — our RV was stolen!!! In mid-​September, we rented covered parking for our RV. We were told they had coded in and out access, security cameras and took an inventory each day.
We had our RV out of storage to put new tires on it, reseal the windows etc. from November 9^th, returning it on November 16.
We went back December 24^th to check it out to winterize it, but it was gone!
Come to find out … they have NO security cameras, no check-​in, check-​out procedure, and their idea of inventory is to just check what spots are empty and write it down, so they know what they have available to rent out. No calls to the client reporting the space is empty, nothing.
They claim they are not responsible for any of it and do not insure your belongings. The best we got was a conversation and a «sorry.»
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS.

Sara was great! We reserved a parking space instead of a storage unit, they called and we got everything straightened out. Sara was efficient when we arrived, getting all the paperwork, etc. out of the way and getting us moving on to our next stop. She was friendly and pleasant, and we actually enjoyed being there.
Thanks, Public Storage, for being close and less expensive than the other places we looked at.

It started off bad last November when they were unable to sign me up because their internet connection was down, but we got it going. Next thing i know I am getting a rate increase, ok I will deal with it because I didn’t want to move. Now I stop by today and find half my stuff ruined due to water leaking in through the roof. Now I guess I will be forced to move.

I needed a storage space only for a few weeks until I could move into my new home. I couldn’t believe you could rent a huge storage unit for one dollar (twenty after all expenses) with no contract. So basically I got to store my stuff for a month for twenty bucks, and the storage unit I got was HUGE. When I made the reservation online, I got a call immediately from them verifying what time I wanted to come in. When I did come in, the guy was extremely helpful and the paperwork only took about ten minutes or so.
I thought I was going to need a second unit so I made another reservation and when i came back, the manager told me I couldnt’ get another unit for a dollar since that deal only applied to the first one. So he asked me how much stuff I had and offered to look at my first unit. He said I had enough room for the things I had left and told me I should cancel my reservation as he could get me another until later if I really needed it. It was a tight squeeze, but he was right… I got it all in! So he saved me about 100 bucks by being honest.
I would recommend this place to anybody, especially if you only need short term storage. The price is incredible and they are extremely helpful.
