This is an excellent spot for your event. Everyone is so helpful and easy to work with.
The catering manager, Kali, was so professional and had some wonderful suggestions that made our event so special. She even attended the event and made sure everything was perfect! Thanks Kali!!!
If you’re looking for an event space with great catering you won’t be disappointed!!!

Food! Appetizers were huge hit. Brisket sliders selfish. Have a tasting first so you know what you’re getting!
Service– good EXCEPT party went til 11 and staff had taken off table linens and flowers by 10 WHILE catering manager watch
A/​C. It was a very humid night– way too humid to use patio until 9 pm. Catering manager totally screwed up air conditioning so it was condensating on guests
Catering manager– Kali has the worst attitude– defensive, doesn’t smile, combative and self important. Don’t work with her or have her at your event.

Rachel and her staff are amazing partners to work with. I have worked with her on several events at Rooftop Event Spot. They are very professional and keep the communication lines open. This is a great little spot in downtown Plano to have an event, whether it is for a wedding, birthday party, or anything else!
