SOI Brow Threading

I went to Renuka (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) and she did an amazing job! She noticed where the previous girl had taken off too much brow. I’ve literally delayed going back to get them done just to try and grow back where the other girl made them too thin. She was able to clean them up and still work past the trouble spot. As I said in my previous review I will be back, but now I have someone I want to go to specifically.

First place I’ve been to for threading in the area. Nice, professional people. They listen to your needs. I got waxing, facial and eyebrows done there. The facial was so relaxing and well done with music in a dim lit room. All were done nicely, except that I think they double dip the wax. The ambience is nice and prices inexpensive to moderate. Parking is plenty. Some services might be better off with an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. Would recommend this place! Definitely better than a lot of other Indian salons out there.

I love this Styles of India location! Rajina did my brows for me, and they were perfect! I have had threading done before, and I do like it better than waxing, but it sometimes still stings. Not with Rajina! She had such a gentle touch, and I will go back to her for as long as she is there. The customer service is fantastic, everyone seems happy to be there, even less than an hour before closing time. Pleasant environment, and I only waited three or four minutes with no appointment. The prices are reasonable as well, and bonus, they give a 15% off teacher discount. Check this place out, I know you won’t be disappointed.

I love the remodel. The white mirrors make the salon seem bigger and brighter. Even when there is a wait y’all always have the latest Cosmopolitan and the friendly girl at the counter always offers complimentary water. And the bathroom is ALWAYS clean, which every women (or man) can appreciate.

Good place and customer Service is good but don’t trust your eyebrows to Anita she is suck! I thought my eyebrows is on good hands and choose her but It was wrong! She is hurrying somewhere and you have to correct your eyebrows after her every time! So place is good I’m just gonna chose another specialist next time!

I came at 10 when they opened and there were already two girls ahead of me. It’s a good sign when people are coming right when they open. Waited for 1 minute and they had me seated right away.
I don’t like arches too much and prefer a more natural look, so I told her «just a clean up, getting all the stray hairs. Not too much arch or shaping» and it came out perfectly! It’s a little on the expensive side for threading but in a great location and super speedy. Was out within 10 minutes!

My eyebrows were getting a bit thick, so I decided to get them threaded. Being a guy I like the width of my eyebrows to still be the same size, while the tails and arches to have slight definition to them.
The nice lady who threaded my eyebrows went ahead and cleaned them up and made them look great! I didn’t even have to tell her what exactly I was looking for and she made them look picture perfect. I wish I got her name, but I’m sure the other ladies would do just as well. This is my go to place whenever I need to get any facial threading done.

They did a decent job. They have a sign up that says «eyebrows are sisters not twins», but I’ve had my eyebrows shaped up to be twins. Not my eyebrows were fully grown out so they had a lot to work with. They were neat enough to not be ashamed in public

I have come to SOI for my eyebrow threading for years. I don’t have a favorite, all of the ladies who have done my eyebrows were very nice, quick and make it as painless as possible. I’m also a very light skinned and pale blonde, so they try to sell me on eyebrow tinting every time. Tried it once but never again, it’s just too dark for my skin tone and hair.
I have tried other places with cheaper prices, but honestly I prefer SOI over all.

Renuka and Atala are awesome. They always do a great job and since I moved to Lewisville, I still come out of my way to visit SOI in Plano. That’s how great they are! I actually had my eyebrows done by another lady last time (didn’t catch her name) but she was just as good!

Update: Yesterday I went into SOI because in my effort to lighten my brows to make it look better with my lighter goldish hair that I got done a while ago, I left the bleach much longer than I meant to and accidentally lightened my brows more than I felt comfortable with.
I came to Atula to get my eyebrows tinted to a color lighter than my natural but darker than what I had! She mixed the medium brown tint with the dark brown tint after threading my brows (which really needed it ha!). It did not take too long, and when she wiped off the tint, I could see my brows again! Lol.
I was overwhelmed from the whole process — dark brows to suuuper light brows (which freaked me out intensely) and then back to a mid brown but she assured me they looked good and told me to take a picture to see.
This morning as I woke up without brow anxiety I looked in the mirror and was enthralled. I love my brows, they look great.
Here’s a photo of them today. It is the color I was hoping for when I made the mistake of lightening my brows myself haha! Plus my brows look so much better. She always does a great job threading my eyebrows.

Rajina is the best! She is sweet, super detailed, patient, and listens to you! For threading, I have had her for eyebrows, upper lip, and full face– she was the best I experienced for all of those services! For wax, I’ve had her for many parts of the body and she is a Brazilian wax expert! So painless!
The salon also gives a student discount and takes Amex, which is awesome because it’s so rare to find!

Rebuke fixed my eyebrows. She’s very gentle and listens when you talk to her. I’ve got my sister going there and we are so pleased with the service!

Renuka is AMAZING! I’d never gotten my eyebrows threaded and was a firm believer in waxing. But I wanted to give the threads a try and I love it! Renuka explained to me how it all worked and best part, no oils or face serums used on your face like waxing does. She’s listened to what I’d wanted and gave me the BEST shape I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning.

I love it! I’m impressed. They cleaned the seat after the previous customer. She wasn’t too quick, but not too slow. She did a great job without hurting me too much. I will be going back.

Quick and fast — but not painless. Then again, this is the nature of getting your eyebrows threaded. Beauty is pain, right?
I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The shop is nice and clean, and the staff is professional and friendly — but not too friendly. I don’t want to have a full blown convo — I just want you to be friendly, yet get me in and out. The cost is about average, I paid $ 10 here and I pay $ 10 at most other places. And my brows look good now :)

All I can say us RENUKA IS THE BEST! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a year now and refuse to go anywhere else. They just opened an SOI by my house in Frisco but I still go to the one in Plano because that’s the only location Renuka works at.
I love the easy computer check in, it’s only $ 10 for eyebrow threading, and Renuka is so quick that I’m usually in and out in no more than 10 minutes (if no one us in front of me).

I have only been once to this location but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The price is right at $ 10 for brows. The location right in front of Target is convenient and the interior was very clean.
There wasn’t a wait and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I think I have found my new threading location!

Went in on the fly because I looked like Freida and just wanted a clean up. The lady that threaded my eyebrows took the liberty of giving me an arch and making me look like a surprised drag queen. My sister laughed when she examined them in the car. Her mother-​in-​law spared my feelings and told me I looked surprised.
