First time at this location although I’ve been to many of Subway over the years. Great place for the simple sandwich prepared fast & short lunch hour. Probably could use a third person today as only two were working very fast and very hard to get your sandwich out.

This location is great one of the workers Lorenzo is exceptional he makes great sandwiches he is friendly and gives excellent customer service. He has great communication skills and always gets the order right. This location is always clean and fresh smelling They go the extra mile especially the. worker Lorenzo. I know if he’s on duty everything will be great. Wish all the locations in the area were like this one.

Bad experience here. I think this Subway is doing an experiment where they replace the chicken with cardboard, the vegetables with styrofoam and the sauces with pure grease, otherwise their ingredients quality is abhorrent. As I said, the chicken was rock hard, all the vegetables had a weird texture and chemical taste and the Italian dressing tasted like spiced grease. Would recommend you avoid this one and drive a little further to the location at Preston and Lebanon.

Probably my favorite location in this North Plano/​Frisco area. Employees are always friendly, even if you walk in 2 minutes before closing. Oops.
Location is great, right off of the 121 business, in the Kroger shopping center. Parking is ample, but this may be attributed to all the closed businesses nearby. Love the monthly specials they always have going on. The place is always clean. everything you could ask for in a Subway. Lol.
