Joe and Michelle at the E Plano store were very helpful and courteous. They answered questions and gave information without being pushy. They even stayed late on a Sunday to finish the transaction after a few hangups with my old phone. Great experience and excellent customer service.

Very nice associates, although neither fully understood their product offerings regarding prepaid(or maybe they were trying to avoid selling a pay by the minute option). Actually, I thought the second guy I dealt with nailed it but found out when setting up my online account that what he told me regarding credit expiration of an included $ 40 prepaid card was wrong. He told me it was a year, and customer service told me it was 3 months and that only the $ 100 card had a year. Customer service made it right, so everything turned out OK.

Agree with Mike! This company is the worst! How they ranked 3rd of all carriers is beyond me. The are inept, try to make up for it with tricks and scams, can’t reach support most of the day from the phone and the list is just too long. STAYAWAY! I’ve been here a month and they gave me $ 50 discount to stay. Honestly, I would have to consider staying if it was free! Methinks not!

RUN dont Walk … T-mobile is the worst carrier ever I strongly urge everyone to NOT do business with this company I switched from ATT to save what was supposed to be 30 dollars a month but when you compare their service with ATT, ATT wins hands down. Secondly I had to call on almost every bill because there were billing mistakes and unused credits and every month I was calling to have the bill adjusted in the 6 months that I had service with them I spent a total of a week on the phone with customer NO service(India)and that is the reason I left. I run a large business and I do not have time to sit on the phone for Hours every month. You would think that is where it all ended but NO. My billing cycle ended on the 25th so I bought a new phone on the 25th and ported my number the T-mobile phone instantly stopped working like it should but one day later my number was still not ported. I called my current carrier they fixed it then I received a bill from T-Mobile for an additional month. When I called to complain they said that is how the contract read that even for one day they could bill you for a full month. This is not only wrong but should be illegal especially when I had no service on that phone. I will be filling a lawsuit in small claims and I will win. If anybody else wants to do the same it only cost 75.00 and a little time to file.
