After my last visit, I have to bump up this store to a 5 star rating. I went in for a couple of things, to take a line off my account and to check the diagnostics on my S4 to see why it was heating up. The individual who helped me was Mo Kahlun… he took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He checked my phone out and there was apparently something wrong enough with it that he had a replacement shipped out to me overnight(I have the protection plan, so it was covered). Without too many hoops to jump through, he canceled the line from my account. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. For a store that was very busy, I truly appreciated it. For me, this was an example of great customer service. It stood out even more to me because of the experience I had at a different Verizon store not two days prior. I will be updating my review of the Verizon store in Valley Ranch at MacArthur &LBJ to reflect the vast differences between my two experiences within the same company.
