TLDR: pretty dang helpful staff — especially for a mobile operator store.
Stopped in to get my Micro SIM cut into a Nano SIM, but they didn’t do that. All good! Jennifer was able to get me situated with a new Nano SIM with my existing number in around 5 minutes. Noice!
As I was leaving, Ana, who helped me like 5 months ago remember me and even said hello! What?!

I have mixed feelings for this retail store. At times, the staff may appear to be actually quite nice but this location really can get really occupied, that’s when most staff are really cranky and don’t like to properly answer your questions. But on the other hand, when the store is nice and quiet, staff can be generous, my last encounter was with the Assistant Manager, Victor, he was very kind in assisting me with my needs. Come during early hours as the waiting line could make it to 15m of waiting.

Came in because my moms iphone was having problems. The staff was friendly and helpful– there is a bit of a wait sometimes though.
