Came to the store after calling to confirm they could cut my SIM card to the nano size. Got to the store, and then was told by the employee that they didn’t have the SIM card cutters. Instead, they tried to sell me a new one. Way to try to help out your presumably already pitiful revenue.

This location sold my wife a defective phone on 06/08/2015. She returned it shortly thereafter and they agreed it was defective(and refurbished, which she was never told!). When she returned it she decided to upgrade from a Note 3(which is what the defective phone was) to a Note 4, and also purchased a Tablet! I noticed on my last bill that she /I was charged a $ 50.00 «restocking fee», so I called the store and asked why a customer of over 15 years was being charged a «Restocking Fee»; what did they plan on doing, punt it back on the shelf? THEYCARENOTHINGABOUTCUSTOMERLOYALTY!!! The assistant Manager(Katy/Katie) was NOHELP at all, and said Greg, the store manager would be in later and she would tell him about. I asked her to explain what motivated her to treat a «long term, loyal customer this was. All she kept saying was«I’ll talk to Greg». I have been in the Customer Service business for over 30 years. If someone like her ever«somehow» got hired with the company I represent… SHEWOLDGETFIRED!!! No Questions Asked! They always say the calls are recorded; but are they ever listened to? I WILLNEVERGOTOTHISSTOREAGAIN! And I am going to relay this occurrence to all my «on-line» connections(which are in the Thousands!) By the way, T-Mobile«611» IMEDIATELY gave me a credit, and apologized for her behavior! Through the MANY other wireless services(which are Much cheaper, with better ratings) Sometimes I wonder if my «loyalty» is due to who and what I am, and has Nothing to do with the service I receive. I think that would mean I’m being«foolish». I think it’s time for a change!

OK so I had a problem with a phone I got from this store. They insurance it and got me another one. The screen was acting up so I brought it to the store. They said it was not«broken» yet so they couldn’t do anything. Well 2 months of the screen flickering on and off and finally the screen goes black and I take it back again. Well now the phone is «broken» and they can’t do anything about it. «Should have brought it back when you first got it,» was what the guy told me. Well I DID bring it by a day after I first got it. They cant do anything about it, TMobile cant do anything about it. And the insurance now wants a ridiculous amount to replace the damaged phone they sent me. YOUHAVEBEENWARNED.
