Stopped by after a late shift to grab some food for the family. My wife’s burrito was stale and hard like it sat out all day. The tacos were stale and soggy where the meat was. They forgot my kids quesadilla and they just threw the food in so there was a mess inside the bag. Waste of money and time. We couldn’t eat the food which was a good thing because I bet it would have made us sick.

Doesn’t actually stay open as late as they say. Drive Thru Open sign is on and the lady is really rude and tells us to leave because they are closed. Horrible service. Horrible at getting your order right. Corporate should really look into the poor service food wise and customer service wise. I am extremely disappointed and will purposely drive further for a different Taco Bell or just go to Steak n Shake or Whataburger. At least they are actually open when they say they are.

I visited this location a couple weeks ago and my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I did not notice until I returned back to my office, and this is not the first time that my order has been incorrect. I called the manager after discovering the incorrect order and she advised me to ask for her on my next visit and she would replace the order.
I visited this location again today and looked for the manager but she was not working, so I decided I would pay for my order today. I ordered the usual, and added a Taco Salad with chicken. Upon arrival back at the office, I noticed that the taco salad had steak instead of what I asked for.
This has to be the worst Taco Bell that I have ever visited. Their employees do not pay attention or listen to what their customers ask for. Also, I don’t believe that the manager really cares. This seems to be a consistent issue that needs to be resolved.
I will not return to this location and will encourage my co-​workers/​friends not to do so as well.
