The Encore Apartments

While I loved the apartment and the management was great we had issues with neighbors. One night we had to call the police because of some arguing in the parking lot and about 3 police SUVs showed up.

This place is beyond awful. They advertise the apartments like they are luxury apartments, which they are far from. Realistically, I would pay $ 600 a month for this place and not anything more. L

We’ve been living at Encore apartments since summer of 2013. I really liked it in the beginning. They had once a month activities for the Residents. etc. The property was new & clean. It switched to Riverstone Residential, which I was ok with I used to work for the company that was over them, so I know that they are a decent Property Management company. We just renewed our lease for another 7 months, only because we did not want to move right now. I’ve noticed that the grounds have not been as well maintained (cigarette butts left on ground, trash) I just found out online that Riverstone has merged with Greystar. This looks like it happened over the summer, but the residents were never informed. Now we are dealing with clueless office people that lost our rent check for days & sent a MUST VACATE NOTICE on our door — no call, wanting late fees, etc. Kids are allowed without adults in the clubhouse –I’ve complained several times & it was an «oh well what do you want me to do about it attitude» So, I honestly quit going to the clubhouse.
