You wanted the best, you got the best. A beautiful studio. Perry (owner) goes out of his way to make a comfortable, productive environment for recording. Highly recommended.

I love this studio. They make my kids feel so special. WE enjoy this studio so much my son now wants to play every instrument. I am so happy I found these guys.

Perry and staff have been great. My daughter who is now 15 has spent the past three summers and holidays taking voice and guitar lessons at The Track Studio. The reason we keep coming back is because Perry runs a top class outfit and his instructors are all excellent. Perry is very flexible and responsive when it comes to scheduling sessions.
If anyone out there is looking for a program to help introduce their kids to music lessons — please be sure to check out his program and facilities. You won’t be disappointed.

I actually would love to give you a review of the facilities, I really would. However, I reserved a rehearsal room for an extremely reasonable price for my 4 piece band and 2 vocalists and was refused service.
I was told by one gentleman (the owner’s son) that would be fine. However, literally 2 hours before my band was to show up, the owner himself called to see if I was still coming to rehearse and asked me how many people were showing up. I told him what I told his son and he proceeds to tell me that this is a half a million dollar facility and that room is too small. He said and I quote, «I don’t want 6 guys tearing up my room», as if we are some barbaric animals that go around trashing rehearsal spaces! He then recommends me to go up to the bigger space, provided I pay the additional fee. I told him if that’s how he felt, I have no problems going to the bigger room, but you have to honor the price that was quoted me, because that’s what I budgeted for. He tells me, «nah, I’m not renting you my space for that». After that I knew it was a lost cause and proceeded to distance myself from the conversation.
If he can do this to me, he will certainly do this to others. I strongly suggest you find your rehearsal spaces elsewhere.
