Wanted to mail something this morning and this was close so decided why not. It’s supposed to open at 8:30 am. It’s 8:33 and not a single person has showed up to open up the store. Height of ridiculousness– there is absolutely no regard for anyone’s time or punctuality. Hope this location gets their act together or does a favor on the world and shut down.

I generally use this store bc I live near here. I went to ship a package and they charge much more than other places to ship and on top of that charge for EVERYTHING! What I don’t get is why I can get shipping packaging/labels for free at real UPS stores why I get charged for it here. I will never be going back to this store!

I would highly suggest to avoid this particular UPS store. Extremely terrible customer service. I needed to print a shipping label out and they were charging me $ 3.25 as a «computer fee» and obviously for printing. My mom didn’t raise a punk, and I wasn’t going to pay $ 3.25 to use a computer for 10 seconds. So I went to the closest Fedex and printed out my shipping label for $ 0.13. I came back and the owner/manager rudely snatches the tickets (which is what I was mailing) out of my hands while I am asking him a question. Anyways, my point being if you need to print something, don’t go here and don’t go here if you’re looking to get customer service.

Very bad customer service.
This location makes up their own policies based on their mood for the day.
I have dropped off pre-paid USPS packages in multiple other locations, but this location told me the post office doesn’t accept packages. I am sure this isn’t the case, as I called the UPS store customer service.
This location has also been so rude to me before. I would not recommend this place. There are several other locations that have much better customer service.

Worst customer service experience. The shop keeper don’t want to tape any item In front rather want to take the open box inside and tape it. Asked for the reason and when he will tape, in reply he said ‘you learned to trust!!! ’ Amazing attitude, unfair and rude and no right to talk like this way. I charged them and said i hv right to ask this million times and you have to reply but they don’t care on my statement. The other assistant also not supporting me either. They are South Asian and look like they are pissed of their work and customer especially Asian customer burn their head out. My complain doesn’t make any difference in their face rather they behave like ‘doesn’t matter what he is saying we will go on our way’. Doubt about better service from UPS, I got far better and professional service from FedEx and USPS.

This has been are true lifesaver. This store has gone was above to assist me in selling on ebay. They have offered to itemize the contest of packages to prevent issues. They are nice but not overly friendly because they are engaged with service. They will ensure you get the best price and have never missed a promised by date. They just don’t make careless errors being chatty. The lines are short due to their efficiency. Good Stuff.
