We went in to get stroller tubes. One of the tubes popped off the wheel and immediately popped. We went back to have them fix it but they were out of stroller tubes. One employee said«just go to Walmart and get a patch kit.» but the guy at the register said«I’ll refund you for that tire.» The –2 stars are for the first guy.

Had a flat tire on my daughter’s favorite princess bike! I bought the new 12″ tube online but couldn’t get the wheel off the bike! The guys at TriShop went to work and fixed the bike while I waited. They were fantastic! I didn’t realize that they worked on any bike until I read their website more thoroughly. I’m so thrilled with their work!

I have been to this place several times to pick up race packets. I saw they have a bike service area in the back, so I took mine to get a service. It was a small problem that I couldn’t fix. A guy just did it for free. Richardson Bike Mart would have charged because I asked them how much it was going to cost to fix the issue. It’s smaller than RBM but definitely they take care of their customers. I also bought some race accessories there, and their price is very good as well. I shop online all the time, so I know the prices. I’ve talked to several employees there and everyone is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks, Tri Shop!!!

Coming from someone that is absolute minimalist when it comes to equipment, when I do need something they always have it. That being said the staff and even the owner know my name(Not usual for someone who buys so little) What a great place to have so close to home.

Great tri shop! I was just here for a packet pickup(which I have to thank them for hosting, which I’m sure causes a lot of chaos), but I saw at least five things I wanted, and ended up having a nice conversation about Buffalo Springs 70.3 and various other triathlons with an employee. Good stuff. I’d come back anytime I was in the area and needed tri gear.

A big thanks to the folks at Tri Shop. I needed a dérailleur adjustment the day before heading down to Houston for IMTX, and Clayton at the shop worked on my bike without any hesitation when I took it in late in the day. I didn’t catch his name, but I also enjoyed the brief chat with the gentleman at the checkout counter about the race. The shop carries an extensive collection of tri and active gear, and I’ve also caught and enjoyed a couple of seminars here during visits to Dallas.

Love going to get new shoes there every change of season. Although I am not a competitive runner, I still get the help I need to find the perfect fit and the most suitable shoe for my needs.

Unless you want a $ 10,000 bike they don’t even want to talk with you. They turned their backs and stopped talking to me once they found out my price range. Very disappointing since I am new to triathlons and drove a long distance to see their store. They did have a lot of apparel but couldn’t get anyone to help answer anything about wet suites or other items.

Passion… This amazing shop is about passion. The Trent and Raul really do care. They want to get it right to make your experience the best it can possibly be. They have very fair prices and they take their time to listen and try to accommodate your needs. Trent and Raul are two of the nicest most knowledgeable guys I’ve met in their particular areas of expertise and they bend over backwards to help everyone. If you need shoes or a bike… let them fit you. It’s worth every single penny and you will be safer and better for it. Return business and word of mouth is how this place will continue to grow in the long run and it’s because they get it. The«other» places care about separating you from your cash. These guys are the real deal and I would send anyone looking for multi-sport equipment and knowledge to the Shop.

I went to Tri Shop yesterday to purchase some running shoes. I hadn’t run much over the past 18 months due to having several surgeries. The sales person had helped me determine what type of shoes I should be wearing by measuring my gait, pronation tendencies, etc. using computer equipment made for that type of thing. I was really impressed by the technology that was used in the store, and the scientific approach to getting better results. The sales person was so professional, and the store was outfitted with top of the line equipment and products. I haven’t seen a similar store in the Dallas Ft. Worth area. It’s so nice to go somewhere where the people selling you products and services are truly passionate about what they do as well as exceptionally professional. I will definately continue to purchase my running shoes from this shop in the future!

Trent and the crew at Tri Shop are in a word… incredible. They are open to advise, approachable and most importantly, knowledgable. They will sell you what you need and explain why it is the best option for you. Whether you swim, bike, run or are crazy like me and do all three in one sitting, this is the place for you. It’s imperative that we spread the word about them to all of our friends because this is a business that is critically important to the endurance athletics culture in North Texas. I hope to see 4 or 5 of these stores around the metroplex eventually so that people from all over can experience the culture that Trent, Raul and the Tri Shop folks have created.

I am new to the world of swimming, biking and running and had so many questions, and the staff at Tri Shop answered all of them and then some. I purchased my first bike in February and they have encouraged me, supported me, fitted me and helped me along this journed to training for the MS150. I can not express enough the high level of customer service I experienced from Tri Shop. This is a one of a kind place!!!

THISPLACEISSUPERAWESOME! It is TRIHEAVEN. They are super helpful and have everything you need to get tri-ing! It is a quick drive up Dallas North Tollway and easy to get to. Be sure to get on their facebook page for announcements and coupons. I have my eye on a tri bike there and want to have my swim stroke evaluated in their infinity pool. Yes, they have pool in the store and, a machine that will evaluate you and fit you to a bike. GO! :)

If you are into fitness, go check this place out. Ask to see the indoor training equipment, including the stationary swimming machine. I am not aware of a store quite like this one in the metroplex.
