Gonna start going to Jerk in the Box. They don’t screw up my orders there. Twice in the last two weeks the lady at the drive through gave me my meal without fries. REALLY! Can’t you look into the bag and check to see if it is all there? You ought to try my job! Dang, she gave me the old stale Fries! Crap! Went back a second time, parked and went inside, second time, That pissed me off! The manager told me she told the girl to get me fresh fries. She didn’t follow through. They made it right in the end, but Dang! Get it together! Two weeks later same thing! They give you a free apple pie. I don’t want a free pie, I want you to not mess my commute up!

OVERPRICED! They use 70⁄30 ground beef quarter pound patties instead of 80⁄20 ground chuck only to save costs. It make the patties paper thin and very greasy when cooked. The fries are cheap tasting, limp, and the lg. servings are small. A one patty combo with lg. up grades for $ 10 is a joke? Let the stupid crowds have at it!

Six of us total went last night. 5 burger combos 1 chicken tender box. Everyone that ate the burgers have been sick ALL day. Just bought imodium now that I’m off work! But the food was good so 2 stars…

OK I am not a Texas native, therefore I am not in love with Whataburger. I have tried the burger, fries, and the ketchup people are so excited about for some odd reason… I was not wowed. But this review is specifically for the jalapeño cheddar biscuit sandwich with sausage and egg. Good Lord, it is sooooo good! Between 11pm-11am, go get yourself one, and you will be happy you did.

To keep it short as possible, I was given fries instead of onion rings, so I had to pull up and wait in front of the drive thru. No biggie, however, the onion rings were way too greasy to even think about eating and they looked like leftover scraps. OK, so I still had the fries, but they were cold, greasy, and seemed like they were undercooked. Inedible as well. I ordered the triple cheeseburger and the patties were barely warm and dry. BTW, I only went to the parking lot next to it to park and eat, in case you might think the food had been sitting long. Anyhow, I ate the burger, not sure if I should have but I was very hungry as it was already 3:30 p.m. and I was out of time for lunch. Will never go back and I suggest you think twice before going.

Ok service, sometimes really slow but they get our order correct! We love the food and there is just the right amount of ice in the drinks.

So, after a long day the wife and I had a midnight craving for a whataburger. So, I ordered the traditional whataburger combo with fries and the wife ordered just a whataburger. I was very excited to eat this Texas delight until I bite into it and it was pass the point of room temperature. I wasn’t expecting HOTOFFTHEGRILL warm, but geez I don’t want to nuke my burger at home. Not to mention, I understand the cost saving process of using iceberg lettuce but at least throw away the hard ends, who wants to bite into a Lettuce rock?! Any who, my fries were decent, not to bad not to good. But, as the saying goes, HAPPYWIFE, HAPPYLIFE. Well my wife was not too happy with her burger; just after one bite she discovered the smallest bite size critter this side of 75 and that my friends was truly disgusting. With that being said, I know the Whataburger franchise is pretty solid normally; I have been to other locations and this one may very well be the same but I think in the near future I will take my LATENIGHTCRAVINGS elsewhere.

We always seem to get pretty good service here whether it’s 12 pm or 12 am. Good burgers. Expect to wait for a long time late at night on the weekends though.

Whataburger took the fast out of fast food today. Stopped by for a quick bite to go abd dont think I have ever waited in line as long as I did today. I tried the new jalapeño cheddar biscuit with sausage and it was really good. So the wait was worth it.

My favorite whataburger around as well. Clean, new, food made well. Good litmus test for how whataburger should taste.

Best Whatburger location by far! I know others Unilocalers have stated the same. The service is always good. I have tried other locations and have had really poor service and food. The store is also very clean inside if you choose to go in and the staff is very nice at night. If you are fixing to get some fast food definitely try this location.

I asked them at 9:38 a.m. On my way to work to put five things are sugars in my coffee they didn’t do that I asked if they did that they said they don’t do that that’s something else that McDonalds has them beat at. Then I asked specifically 5 packages of picante sauce; and instead they give me two packages this is not my favorite location I rarely come here anyways and I see why poor customer service

Like any good Texan, I love Whataburger the way a fat kid loves a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, a lemon pie and a beverage the size of a fire hydrant. Exactly the same way, come to think of it. This location is newish, and it’s just as swell as most other Whataburgers. That’s not what I want to talk about. I want to talk about the jalapeño cheddar biscuit, a transcendent piece of breakfast deliciousness. Cheap. Tasty. Perfect in every way. One day in the future, someone’s going to read this and think«I don’t believe that’s an actual menu item, lying Unilocal guy.» And that future sceptic might be right, because right now, Whataburger lists the jalapeño cheddar biscuit as a limited time only item. Why must you be this way, Whataburger? Why am I becoming involved in a relationship that I know is destined to break my heart? I should break up now, jalapeño cheddar biscuit. But I don’t know how to quit you.

My go to 24hr fast food location. Well lit and easy access from the highway. I wish they have Green chili burgers year round.

I went around mid afternoon and went inside… partly to use the facilities and partly because I had some time to waste. The bathrooms are super clean with everything well stocked. I did have to wait a minute or two to order because the staff was helping customers… they carry around trays with ketchup, etc. but they were really nice and personable. I’m not normally a small talk type of person but this was just the right amount. Happy employees usually = good attitudes. I got a small chocolate shake and thought it was kinda weird that they had to go around this wall behind the counter to get shake. That was a bit of a turnoff for me since I couldn’t see what they were doing… call me suspicious of people. I would come back here for sure. **Update(08/30/2013) — stopped by drive thru for breakfast –honey butter chicken biscuit– and the line situation is interesting… double line AFTER ordering at speaker. Every other person pulls to the right and an employee brings food to car after coming out to collect payment. Different but VERY effective and efficient. Even with 5 people ahead of me, I received my order quickly, plus it was fresh and hot! Great place although window lady could have been a bit nicer… not rude just rushed and short. P. S. — TONS of parking!

This location essentially replaced the VERY aged location just to the north at Spring Creek and US75. It’s not quite as easy to get to as the old one, but it’s much nicer and shiny. I’ve been through the drive thru probably a half dozen times since opening, and I’ve always received great service and food. My usual stop is after 11:00PM, when breakfast items are available. I’m a sucker for the«breakfast on a bun»(call ‘em «BOB» when you order and sound like an insider), and the taquitos feature fluffy scrambled eggs and crisp bacon, and don’t forget few packs of picante for dipping or slathering. Bottom line, this location is in a safe area for late night visits, is clean and serves great food. What more could you want?

Yes there is another Whataburger across the hwy. I ended here cause I was headed south. Never really had a Whataburger or at least I can’t remember. Got the usual #1 Whataburger meal but I didn’t want a drink so when I asked them what are my options? The worker simply told me I can substitute it with milk or juice. Neither sounds good with a burger… Decided to stick with a drink and move on, arrived at the window and the worker offered me a better alternative which I took in seconds. Can’t say what it was cause the worker might get in trouble. The person said it was against company policies and others might think they can substitute as well. How was the burger well it was like any other fast-food burger joint(not counting McD). A lot of folks compares Whataburger with In/Out but I don’t see the similarities. Although they’ve gotten a lot more popular ever since I/O came in. The fries tasted really salty and got hard easily.
