i can’t understand what the fuss is about regarding their burger. i tried it after many people said they loved it. my first time was bad and that’s what i kept telling people. but people were so much positive about it that I decided to go again thinking maybe my first time was a bad luck. nope, same thing. if you ever tried a burger at Braum’s, i cannot see how you would like a burger here. the setting and cleanliness and décor are a positive.

Just had the most delightful interaction with the young man at the counter, Daniel. He was polite, courteous, very knowledgable about the menu, SMILED and looked us in the eye. This man is going places. Great service at all times of day, even 11pm!

When I found out that I was going to be visiting the DFW area, my first thought was ‘I get to go back to In-N-Out’. I won’t be as excited next time. The service was good, but the food was meh. The floors, tables and booths seemed to be covered in a fine grease residue. Several people commented on it during my visit and they did mop the floors… this did nothing.

Simple menu with an average burger that you crave once in a while. From a native Texan’s perspective they are pretty small. The fries are not that great, but if you do get them I recommend eating them first(not during or after) but before the burger because the longer they just sit the more cardboardy they taste. Also I recommend getting the spicy little peppers they got. Bite one open and squeeze it onto your ketchup or mouth while you eat your burger or fries and it makes it 3 times better, you won’t regret it. Huge plus is that the customer service is really good and consistent.

My go-to fast food – because they’re one of a handful of places that can and is willing to properly meet the needs of their gluten-free customers. Plus, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is good. Animal style all the way. :-)

Been a fan of this place since they were only on the west coast. Wasn’t sure if them coming to Dallas was going to be the same experience. We came on a Sunday with the lunch rush and had our food within minutes. The staff was friendly and the order was correct the first time. My wife(also a mom) said the bathrooms were super clean and both times she went in someone was wiping the counters down. Great price, amazing service and the best fast food burger around.

Straight up good burger. Not Keller burger but very good for a large chain. Nice employees. Clean dining room. Seems well run from the top down.

If you can’t go to California for this, here is your chance now. Family owned In-N-Out Burger has the most affordable and delicious burgers. Be sure to get animal style! I ordered the double double, but I heard there is a 4X4. I will get that next time around! The food is just like any other burger place but the animal style sauce is what makes the difference. Be sure to get that! A burger will cost you maybe at most $ 3, and a whole meal is less than $ 8! The only negative comment I have about this is the location. There seems to be panhandlers outside this location, so it makes me a little bit uncomfortable.

I like this location! I love their made to order burgers. This place is always busy but the wait isn’t long. I love getting the animal protein style burger here although at times the lettuce is a BIT much. Its pretty good though. I love their sauce and grilled onions. The fries aren’t anything special though.

Okay, I love a good burger like any other person but sometimes, In-n-Out can be a hit or miss. I do feel like i’m betraying my whataburger every time I go to an In-n-out. And because my eyes are always too big for my stomach, i get my fries animal style which is so good during the first 5 minutes you eat it and then it’s okay. I keep eating it thinking I can get over the sauce but I can’t afterwards. It’s still delicious and let’s talk about their buns that’s crispy and just so round. Like come on, it’s a pretty bun. I think the downside to all fast food places is you have to eat fast and I am so slow at eating that by the time I’m halfway done with a burger, my bun is not crispy anymore because I took too long. Maybe by eating here more, I can become a faster eater. My heart is at whataburger though, sorry IN-n-out!

Best Fast Food Burger I had in a long time Great staff and I soon found at why In and Out has a starting wage one and a half times that of their competitors

Can’t get enough of this place. Consistent taste of the burgers and crispness of the buns. Everything always tastes fresh. I have only been to this In-N-Out a few time and the cashier had my usual order memorized. Great customer service and general consistency and taste of food. The only thing I’ll say is I’ve had a few orders of fries here that were too crispy.

I really love this location of IN-N-Out. The food is prepared in an extremely clean environment(especially compared to other fast food places), the customer service is phenomenal and they literally don’t ever get my order wrong and they verify with you several times before your order is handed out to you, their french fries are not greasy, they have vegetarian options, and it’s very affordable! Absolutely recommend.

Probably my best In-N-Out experience in terms of wait time for food. Arrived around 11:30 on a Thursday and had no wait in line. That part is not unique. The part that was unique was that the food didn’t take 15 minutes after that. Two of us ordered separately, and somebody clearly noticed that we were together because they called our orders as complete at the same time maybe 5 minutes after we ordered. Burger(Double Double Animal style) was typically excellent. Fries were well salted but had a very cardboard/waxy texture to them. I need to quit expecting the fries to not be like that I guess. I will continue to knock the company for advertising combo packages that are exactly the same price as the sum of their parts. That is crap!!!

«In & Wait» Normally In & Out sets the standard for customer service in the fast food industry. This location, however, missed the mark. I sat at the window for almost ten minutes before getting my food. They kept coming back to the window asking me if I wanted ketchup(3 to 4 times). I told them I wasn’t going to eat it in my car but they prepared it that way anyways. I give the food 4 stars and the service 2 stars for an average of 3.

It tasted like just like California with cheese. People unfamiliar with this place should think of it as the Whataburger of West Coast. The attire of the overworked employees(seriously, this place is never not busy) is reminiscent of the 50’s era, but the off menu selection is the real charm of this place. I’ve eaten at In-n-out for years and I still don’t know everything on it. It is reasonably priced and of much better quality than McDonald’s or Burger King. When it comes to burger and fries, this is my first choice. They make most everything on site, with boxes of potatoes out in the open to show everyone just how fresh. and you can definitely taste it.

Who doesn’t love a made to order burger(I really don’t care about their fries) with fresh ingredients, cheap, and open late(1am on the weekends)? I’m glad there is one nearby when I have that late night craving. :-)

«Where’s The Fire? Why The Fuss?» The greater North Dallas area has been assaulted by a score of so called gourmet or cult-following hamburger chains. In just a year we have gone from zero In-N-OUT Burger stops to SEVENTEEN! WHATDIDWEDOTODESERVETHAT? Several friends from California told me it was a MUSTDO when visiting Las Vegas, so I broke down and gave it a try. Pros: Good prices. Reasonably good greasy hamburger or cheeseburger where you actual find and taste the meat. Passable fries. Hamburgers appear naked without them. Very fast but rushed service. Cons: The place was clean on the inside. Far cleaner than one I went to across from the University of Nevada. The wait staff appeared to be trained to be pushy and curt but that must be part of the mystique. You smell grease the second you walk from the hamburger grill. And an improvement from the most popular one in Las Vegas, where you needed a haz-mat suit handy your arms and hands will be exposed to the germ factories they call tables. This is not Las Vegas. This is Toronto on the PRAIRIE. A high end urban hub and a gourmet city. Spend a few bucks more and hit one of the local’s establishments or one of our local chains like Pappasito’s, or one of Richardson’s millions of family owned ethnic restaurants. Burger King and Carl’s Junior are at least clean and the burgers are char-grilled.
