Whataburger

This guy at the drive through just rushing you to hurry up and order every time you tell him one thing he is like is that all and if you wait to long he repeats himself I can not stand that.

You know we love their food. Don’t eat much fast food, but when we want a good burger we go to Whataburger. This particular time was so so. The order was correct. She gave me the food and then the drinks. I then asked for some napkins as I noted none in the bag. She evidently wasn’t even listening, handed me 4 ketchups and began to walk away. I waited because I really did need the napkins. She never came back to the window, just totally ignored the car. I just thought it was rude to not even be listening, throw me a few ketchups and then just look away without one word :(

Came back to replace order they already messed up didn’t refund my whole order service was rude food was cold and the manager wasn’t even wearing a name tag… Probably because she knows she has a horrible attitude!!!

Service keeps getting worse at this location stay away and go to the one off the hwy 10 minutes in the drive thru. I could have gone behind the counter and made it quicker. The upside is that the staff is always friendly

I literally just sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes this is crazy the young man at the window was very nice and the food is decent as expected but seriously over 40 minutes sitting in a drive thru line because I had no escape with cars in front of me and behind me that is just ridiculous

We moved to Plano 1994 and one of the first places we ate was Whataburger! The hamburgers are exceptional. to us they taste home grilled. I love their onion rings, crispy and very tasty. The staff always gets my order correct and they are friendly.

The food is great here. The drive thru got my order wrong again. I usually check it but it was fairly simple, wrong. Gets it wrong about 7 out of 10 times and I go there a lot.

This is the place! Best «Whataburger» in town. Bring all my out of town guest.

It’s growing on me! I have developed a liking for their grilled chicken sandwich. I love the nice soft sweet bun and giant grilled chicken breast. It’s a pretty hearty chicken sandwich for a fast food restaurant. Since it’s a local favorite I’m sure I’ll continue to partake.

The food here is what whataburger is about. Fast and yummy and very friendly staff. Thanks you guys

I would give this location negative stars if it would let me. I love Whataburger and have been to many locations all over Texas including the original in Corpus Christi. This is THE worst in the whole chain. We have gotten hundreds of meals from this location as is it the closest to our house and they get our order wrong almost every single time. We always check the order before pulling away from the drive thru and if it’s wrong ask them to correct it. 9 times out of 10 the woman working the drive thru takes it as a personal insult that I would dare ask her to fix my incorrect order. Extremely rude! Once she argued extensively with me about whether or not she had put something I requested in the bag. When I showed her it was not there her nasty reply was «well I put it in there.» Today my Husband went to pick up lunch there and was asked to pull forward and wait. After about 10 mins he went inside to check and the drive thru employee said she had already given him our meals. The manager replaced the meals and gave a refund but still too little too late. TERRIBLE place, do not waste your time here.

No customers in the drive thru but the guy that is on the dri thru mic seems like he hates his job. He sounds so annoyed when I’m ordering. I just hope he doesn’t spit in my food or messes it up. Somehow another guy gives me my food… not the drive thru guy so thats all i notice. I leave but so preoccupied with why they did switched people that they forget my drink… and I do too til I get home and I’m thirsty from all the saltiness of the food. I still feel like I ate some strangers spit.

This Whataburger is the best I have ever been to!!! The manager here is always smiling and will check on you about every 5 – 10 minutes. They always get my order right and that is the most important thing. If you are craving a burger and around this area I would suggest this Whataburger!!!

I love Whataburger, but this location kind of upsets me. Inevitably, if I order breakfast at the drive through they screw it up.

What do I get? A biscuit with cheese and egg, and a sausage and cheese biscuit. 9 times out of 10, that’s the case.
I love Whataburger, and I am good with the chain overall. Just order inside.

Whataburger’s gonna get you a fast food fix, and quick– AND the employees check on you, and check on you again. My order’s been right each time, but I’ve observed them «make it right» for other customers– they want you to be happy.
And that Patricia– bless her heart, reminds me so much of my lovely Aunt. She always seems genuinely glad to see everyone, and she asks intuitive questions to make sure your order’s right. On one visit, I was in a hurry but ordered ‘for here’ — I was eating too quickly and starting to choke, and noisily so. The restaurant was full of customers; Patricia was the only one to check on me and ask me if I needed help. When you’re panicking and can’t breathe, it’s always good to have an angel nearby. Someone give her a raise — Thanks Patricia :)

It’s conveniently located about 10 feet from the gym and open 24 hours too. Perfect for fitness foodies like me!
Whataburger is basically a chain fast food restaurant in TX and they make the best chicken and biscuits apparently.
Our friend who lives out there ordered me the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit to start and damn… it seriously was one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had. The chicken was extremely juicy and flavorful too. Then I had some of the Whatachick’n strips that came with Texas toast and an extra side order of their gravy, oh yeah and some fries too. I actually didn’t dig into the chicken strip meal until we got back to his place. This meal sat in the car for a good 45 minutes and let me tell you, the chicken still tasted warm and fresh, the Texas toast was out-​of-​this-​world delicious and the gravy was somehow still hot and oh-​so-​creamy!
If I was living in TX, I’d probably end up driving through Whataburger every damn day. This place is legit!

I’ve visited more than a few Whataburger’s and thought it was one the cleanest one yet. It almost felt like it wasn’t a cheap fast food joint because of the constant cleaning that could be observed… I especially appreciate that from some place that’s open 24 hours a day.
It was incredibly hard to understand the person taking our order and we ended up ordering by point at the menu posted behind the counter. That was more than a little frustrating but surprisingly everything on our order was correct.
