These guys did a fantastic job and were the NICEST PEOPLE! Reading the negative review, I was really happy to see that I was able to walk right into the building, nothing was locked. They are in 105-​O (Living Social wrote 150, but that was easy to figure out because there were only ~7 suites, going up to 107). 1clickphonefix is past the elevators, tucked down the far hallway and then in Suite O once inside door #105. The young couple greeted us upon arrival and checked out our phone, said we could come back in 30 min or 2 hours later before they closed and she offered places for us to shop around the area while waiting the 30 minutes. The phone was ready on the dot, 30 min later. The 2 people who own and run the business are a young couple and working hard to provide awesome service at a GREAT PRICE, way better than the places we had been taking our phones in the past and literally paying 2X’s as much! They not only did a great job, they were above and beyond sweet to my me and my family and we left wanting only good things for them and their business! I would and have already recommended them to anyone needing phone repair.

Took my daughter’s phone here and it was the best experience. They are like family. Excellent, fast service with a smile. Prices are great. Will definitely refer my friends.

If I could give them negative stars I would!
First off, I see a $ 25 for $ 50 of cell phone repair on Amazon local (cool, my screen is cracked!)
I follow the links to a ’24 hour chat’ for a quote. (First bad sign) no response after a number of attempts.
So I email requesting a quote for my iPhone 5s to have the screen replaced… I get a response the next day saying it will be $ 55! Awesome! What a deal! Love Amazon local!)
They ask if I want to schedule an apt, so I ask what’s available Saturday afternoon (I live nearly an hour away) … They respond that they are open from 12 – 6 that I can bring my phone in any time, drop it off and it will take roughly 45 mins (no big deal)
I won’t go into details about their sad office or how the office building they are located in is locked from the public… As well as their suite more red flags!
I go in and the young man with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS now quotes me $ 60 (I’m now immediately upset at the change in price)
I suppose he agreed to come down to $ 55 because he asked me how I planned on paying the remaining $ 5 (…lol?)
So instead of 45mins (also originally quoted) it’s going to take an hour and I can pay when I return.
An hour later… I return unable to enter the suite because again, it’s locked and now with no phone… I am forced to bang on the door in hopes that they hear me from down the hall… Finally some sleezy lady who I have not met hands me my phone (still broken) and tells me that she wants $ 60 cash!
She me that I should have made an appointment (the email said I could just ‘walk in’) and that I should have asked whether they would accept the Amazon local coupon (((whhaatt?! I’m confused)) she said I was attempting to scam her out of $ 35!!!
I kid you not!
I asked if I had told her I planned on using HER OWN coupon… Would she have doubled the price of the quote?! To make up the difference in money?
She told me I can’t go into Walmart and buy a dad player for $ 100 if it’s worth more
(No, but that’s what these coupons are for… To discount a portion of your service… Duh!)
Isn’t that something like the definition of a coupon???
She ended up screaming… Telling me that she can refuse service to anyone and refuse to honor the Amazon local coupon.
And she’s right she can!
I resent HER OWN email stating I could walk in as well as the price quote that she claimed to not remember… And she replied by telling me ‘it’s a free country, you can do whatever you want’
BE ADVISED OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STANDARDS OF BUSINESS!

Wow talk about friendly and helpful! This is a family owned business. They welcomed me as if I too was family. So much so that I almost forgot that they where not my family lol. I was enquiring about their prices and they out beat everybody.
