Big Lots

The electronics section looks like a hurricane went through. One register open. Waited in line for 15 minutes then they opened another register. Unfortunately they allowed people from the back of the line to jump to the new line instead of taking those who had been waiting, piss poor customer service if you ask me. It’s as easy as saying «next in line please»

I’ll admit that I tend to forget about Big Lots. It gets overlooked with big box stores like Target. However, I’m planning my upcoming birthday and was looking for some luau decorations with a small budget and I hit the jackpot! While they did not have luau decorations per se, they had a huge summer section and with summer coming to an end (not really, we live in Florida people!) they had clearance prices for sunblock, rafts, and every pool item you can imagine. They also had a closeout on tiki torches that fit perfectly with my theme. They were much nicer than the Party City ones and cheaper!
They also have a huge selection of houseware items that are name brand and nice. This store is in and ugly plaza but it’s clean and organized. I need to come more often…
