Chase Bank

Don’t use the automated teller! I usually have no problems with Chase. I went in there today to simply make a deposit and withdrawal. I was basically forced to use one of their new automated tellers, I asked the lady numerous times, if I make the deposit in this, will the funds be available instantly, she assured me numerous times it would be. I sign and deposit the check, as soon as i do, it says, 100.00 available for immediate use, the remaining money will be available the next day… I wasted an hour of my time and money, for nothing… I looked at her and said, this is why I didnt want to use this, she said how sorry she was, which is meaningless, I left work to get this done, I was forced to use this machine, when there was a teller waiting… she assured me i would have the funds available instantly, Now i will have to leave work tomorrow and do it all over again… If you dont know, say you dont know, i have no problem going to the teller, completely ridiculous…

No teller!!!
A couple of months ago my sister and I wanted to make deposits on our accounts, so we went to this branch. After finding out the drive through tellers were not open for business unless you have a commercial account, we were sent inside to the main business area. There was a Big line with one teller only. The line kept growing faster than this poor and obviously frustrated teller was able to serve. At the time 5 other employees were wondering around the office, only one was working at the desk. We asked the branch manager about the situation and the response was: «we too have to eat!» It took us longer than an hour to make the deposits that day. Clients were frustrated, one girl said she was thinking of moving her business to another bank and a male Latino agent just shrugged at her.
We had basically left that issue in the past, I usually use the branch close to work at Davie (very friendly and professional). But today again both my sister and I went to the branch for new deposits, after 25 minutes in line were only one teller was attempting to work… This poor teller was obvious looking for help, she got up of her area and walked out of the counter section 3 times while helping the same client she was working with since before I came in! I looked around to ask again to see if another teller could help, but when I saw the same manager, We just gave up and walked out without doing our transactions.
My sister then tried to talk to the manager over the phone, but «she was busy», my sister left her phone number, she did call and hanged up, so my sister called back and now «she was on a conference call», she never called back…
It’s such a shame that this are the people putting the face to a serious institution. We have had such a long and good experience with Chase as a bank, that this is actually very conflicting to us!
Worst branch and service!

What a great bank!!! The staff is very friendly and we love our banker, Anjum, she’s always looking out for our best interest and truly values our relationship. I’ve banked with a few other banks but will definitely stay loyal to Chase!

Waiting to get a paper notarized, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes now & I have 2 people ahead of me & about 5 people after me. Line is only getting longer. Not good. Seems like they need to hire more personnel.
