Worst customer service ever! Submitted docs on a Tuesday evening and they still weren’t served my the following week Monday. Called multiple times, emailed and couldn’t get anyone to give me a status update and explain. First I was told the person handling my cases was on a cruise and didn’t leave the update. Then a few days later I Finally got someone else on the phone for them to tell me both addressed were bad when I know for a fact one out of the two is a perfectly good address! They just never made an attempt to serve. Poor customer service. Not even an apology for the huge inconvenience.
