Went in to try and get a new battery and top for my pen. They were so nice and gave me all the information I needed to know in a way I could understand. They have such a variety of items and the atmosphere is amazing. In fact I ended up having a problem with my battery a few days later, they didn’t even hesitate to fix it. It works like a charm! I dont really understand this place Ive been in 3 times. The first was good. I got a great tasting ejuice and the associate sold me a nice coil tool and cotton great experience. Told me all about the tattoos they do there, the barbor shop the pool tables etc. I thought awesome great place. The second and third time terrible. The owner self addmitted he doesn’t realy know much about vaping, and sold me coil wire that doesnt fire. Third time I walked in it took five minutes for the associate to notice me her back was turned with headphones on Facebook. Tried to buy more wire just to make sure I wasnt crazy but she didnt have wire cutters. I had to let her use mine. Btw this wire didnt fire either. And on top I tried to buy the juice I enjoyed the first time she told me they didnt carry it even tho I was staring at the bottle. I pointed it out she still sold me the wrong bottle. It wasnt till i got into my car and looked at it I realized her mistake. Icing on the cake when I went back in to exchange for the right juice giant cockroach ran across the floor. I dont even really like writing reviews but I was so excited when I first came here I told all my friends about it but now I’m not going back. Terrible for vaping enthusiasts. They should just stick to one thing and do it well as opposed to having 5 stores in 1
