This chain lost my dress shirts it took the manager three days to call me back and it has been over a week now and I still do not have a resolution. When you ask for help they give you a customer service number that is never answered. The employees are unprofessional and look miserable. When I brought up my issue to them they seemed annoyed that I wanted my clothes back. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else.

I agree with Kimba K. Don’t use Dry Cleaning Depot !!
I had three pairs of pants hemmed one had the stitching fall out so I brought them back and they basically told me to go pound sand. Said they wouldn’t fix the faulty stitching.
Its a shame because I just moved into the area and shop at the Publix next to them two times a week. It would have been great to use them if they were ethical.
And the attitude, sometimes it not what you say but how you say it. At least act like you care.

Great cleaner. Clean facility, friendly staff, and most importantly, they get the job done. Quick average turnaround of 24 hours without having to ask for it. They have a free delivery service being rolled outfit will get your clothes and bring them back at no extra charge.

RIP OFF!!! GOUGERS! Horrific customer service and gouging! Brought 2 pairs of pants in for a hem — one leg on each pant. Joycelyn Evans –Walker told me it would be $ 6 for each. A bit above-​average, but fine. Go in to pick up and it’s $ 12 bucks EACH — I told her it was outrageous to charge that kind of money to restitch a loose hem and she claimed the seamstress must have needed to do something extra; yet, she made no effort to call seamstress or find out. When I asked why she didn’t call me when the price varied so much from what I was quoted, she stared blankly. When I tried to send an email to the address given on the corporate website, it gets bounced back. How convenient! Will NEVER use Dry Cleaning Depot again!!!
