I’m the kind of person that is loyal to a business that values its customers and treats them well. I’ve been taking my clothes here for about two years now, which should tell you something. I’ve never needed anything in a rush so I’m not sure what difference that would have on my review but when I do drop my clothes off, everything is meticulously logged, inspected before and after, impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully packaged. The staff, especially Cookie, the owner, really get to you their clients; treating them like family every time they visit and offering friendly conversation. I never worry about my garments being mishandled or stolen — something that I’ve had happen in the past at other establishments. I’m aware that this is a branch and I’ve only ever been to the one on Nob Hill and Broward. If you’re new to the area, or are just looking for a fabulous dry cleaning service, check this gem out.

This place should get a 0. My wife dropped our dry cleaning off at the coral springs location on the Tuesday before Easter for a weekend trip to the keys. It was guaranteed for Friday. Come Friday nothing is ready. Instead of being nice they were nasty and in the end the owner Cookie promised to have it by 1030am so we would have the 5 pieces for our trip. Nothing was ready when we got there. We delayed our drive to the keys two hours to get 2 of the 5 pieces. We were told though guaranteed Friday the rest would not be ready until Monday. Fast forward to Monday. Only 2 of the remaining 3 are ready and they want payment of all 5 to release the money. They wanted the money even though they were not 100% sure they had not lost the final piece. After much arguing we were able to pay for only the 4 of 5 complete. 2 dresses and 2 blouses. Tues through Thurs no blouse. Finally Friday after much arguing the owner tells us that she will give us $ 20 to buy a new blouse. Only caveat is they wont give us cash from the register. She is going to drop a check off later that we need to come back for. So now we need to come back a 6th time. Saturday, 11days after the articles were dropped off we get a call. We found the blouse. We go to the cleaner. The blouse hasnt been cleaned. They want the $ 20 back for their horrendous service and they dont want to give the blouse back. They want to clean it, charge us, and give it to us Tuesday. After 25 minutes arguing with their employee and on the phone with Cookie the owner. She puts hwr husband on the phone to try to scream at and intimidate my wife. They then claim the blouse isnt at the store. We could see the blouse and pointed it out. The owners husband cursed my wife out and hung up. At this point I was done. I sent my PREGNANT wife they were treating terribly to the car with our 9 month old in hand. I then told the employee to call the owner and tell him I am calling the police and will be there for hours disrupting their business unless they give the blouse back. We dont want them to clean it or drop it at our house tuesday after its done. The service has been horrendous and we don’t want them holding the shirt ransom. Another customer entered and the employee final got the owner to tell to take the shirt and go well you can guess what he said to do to myself. And as my punishment I am being taken out of their system. Like I would ever go back. That is how they treat a first time customer. This place truely deserves a 0. Wish I could give a 0…
