Dunkin’ Donuts

Maria and this location is not dependable for cake/​events/​birthdays. My cake was suppose to be there at 11. Upon arriving at 12noon it was still not there. Maria, the manager, was hiding in her office and wouldn’t come out to address the issue. She left her very professional and sympathetic team out to dry. These employees don’t make enough to pick up extra managerial duties that should be executed by… the manager! Ashley, Danielle, Stephanie and Lisa deserve raises. They were helpful. The call was made at 9pm last night to pick up the cake but it was not. It was then proposed that because I wasn’t there at 11 that it was my fault. Not sure how that can be when the cake was ready last night, should’ve been picked up and delivered there this morning and I’m pretty sure they have coolers to store cakes in until you arrive. Ultimately there seemed to be bad communication between the store that made it (by the beach) and the pick up location (this one). Considering I live by the beach, it would’ve been nice if someone wouldn’t have kept the location of it’s origin a secret. The delivery was completely unnecessary. Disorganized! Don’t use this company.

The only downside to this DD/​BR is the lack of a drive thru. I love me some drive thru’s. I’m that lazy person that would rather sit at a drive thru for ten minutes instead of making a two minute line inside. Every time I go there in greeted and the service is excellent. Very different than the DD up the street before University Drive. Took my son one nigh for ice cream and the lady serving us was very friendly. I’m not in love with the location because it’s right across the street from a school and it’s always packed with kids during the day but thumbs up on some good customer service!

This is a basic DD and Baskin Robins combo. The best part is the strong wifi signal and tv nook. There is outdoor seating, but it can be a little noisy since it is next to the main road. I’ve always had quick and speedy service here. Everyone is friendly.

Who doesn’t love a good donut! This Dunkin Donut location is one of my favorites. it is always delivers fast and friendly service from morning to noght. They offer a wide variety of donut flavors. My new favorite is their red velvet cake donut. You must try if you enjoy Ted velvet.

This Dunkin Donuts has great coffee, great glazed donuts and Sharaine is wonderful behind the counter. The restaurant is clean and the service is super fast; however, you cannot call the jelly donuts «jelly donuts» because they have no jelly!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They are incredibly slow, not very good with customer service, and the coffee is terrible. I’ve been here a few times in the last month, and I’m not going back. There’s another location a couple miles west that has to be more competent than this.
