Jesus Christ, these maniacs sold me a car, here are the problems:
2004 Impala, bad transmission, cracked motor mount, electrical problems up the wazoo. every time, you go to these people, they gang up on you, 6 at a time. this clunker-​junker, they sold me, will eventually catch on fire and try to kill my family. CHINO, the mechanic, refuses to look at your car. say’s he is too busy, doing something, god only knows what…
What’s worse, I’m a united states veteran and when I wanted the Honda, they said, OH HELL NO, and sold me this clunker from hell. the damn car, makes all kind of weird noses. the dealer now refuses to replace the car and give me another one. their financing company, is some kind of front, for god who knows what and for all I know, they might be some kind of mob guys, looking to make a quick dollar.
WARNING, DO NOT GO TO HIGH Q AUTO, YOU WILL GET ROBBED, RIPPED OFF, THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I ADMIT WE WERE DESPERATE FOR A CAR BECAUSE MY CAR DIED, BUT THESE THIEVES, NO WAY. I am GOING TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO HAVE THESE HEATHEN THIEVES PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD.
I will work diligently, with the State of Florida to shut these Fraudsters down…

I recently went to this location to purchase a car and am incredibly happy with the service I got at High Q Auto. Edgar and his manager really took excellent care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend this location.

I filled out a app on line and got a call from high q Rafael was the guy. Nice guy i looked over the inventory i picked out a 2008impala i told them my situation no money down only a 2001 crown vic oh come down no problem we will work it out yea work it out 2000 down i told them the truth don’t. Make me come from pompano to waste my time and it happened

My lease was ending in a few days and I decided to take a look at their inventory being they were only 5 miles from my house. I knew right away these guys had my best interest at heart. They treated me with respect and gave me the best option for financing as my credit is less then perfect. The finance manager spoke with me directly and assured me in 1 year he will get me a refinance with a much lower interest rate. Dave, my sales rep was great as well… no pressure here, highly recommended!

I emailed High Q regarding a particular car they were advertising online. I quickly recieved a reply via email and a voicemail from a woman named Heather. I confirmed with her the availabilty of the specific car I wanted to see and she said it was still available. We made arrangements to come in at 5:30 the upcoming Friday and Heather stated she would be there and she would assist us.
I arrived Friday at 5:25, I was told they would get Heather for me. 10mins later they advised me Heather had left for the day but Ira new what I was here for and would assist me.
Ira had no clue, I felt bad because I could tel he was new there but this place already was getting thumbs down from me. We let Ira know what car we came to see and after taking a few rounds through the parking lot he realized this car was not at this lot!!! He said it was at thier other location 15mins away!!! Wow, really?!! So not only did Heather say she would be there, I come early and she left. The next guy doesnt have a clue what he is doing and now the car I came to see isn’t even there!!!
As I was leaving and thanked Ira for his time he then ran back out as we were about to leave saying to please wait, that his manager Frank had said he would allow him to go get the car. We decided to give him another shot and said ok, fine we will wait. We waited 30mins and he came with the car.
It wasnt exactly in the condition we had hoped for which wasn’nt a major deal but we were curious as to how much the Dealer Fees were. The manager Frank stated $ 995!!! So we thanked Ira again for his time and were very happy to leave that ridiculous place.
WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE!!! I WOULDN’T GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE OR THOUGHT!!!
