Extremely disappointing staff. Rude. They could not care more if you order or not. Just with in the Dominos brand. I will recommend to stay away.

Never again will I order from this place, got my food had to throw it way look like shit

Worst service ever! Never will I order from this location ever again. Last night I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour went by and my delivery did not arrive I called to check on it. There excuse was that they are short on drivers and supposedly the driver was on his way back to pick up my order and deliver it. After an hour And 45 minutes still no delivery. Called again asked to speak to manager. Asked to cancel my order and her reply was «sure no problem but since you paid with card it will take 3 days to receive it back in your card». At this point I am furious. It is almost 10 pm on a school night. My kids still haven’t had dinner and now I can’t get refunded the money to pick up something else. Asked for her name so I can put a complaint to corporate and her response was «go ahead and call corporate they are aware of our shortage on drivers» Her attitude made things worse. I mean I understand things happen, people call out etc but I believe as a manager as deliver orders come in if you know there is a delay then call the customer and give them a heads up. Not wait until they call looking for the order. If I would have received a call I would of found a way to pick up the order. Not wait 2 hours and receive nothing!

Hopefully this location keeps it clean and learns their lesson after being reported on Dirty Dining.

After placing my order I waited over an hour and a half. This pizza place is 5 minutes away from me! I called to inquire about my order, the associate told me my delivery was on its way. The associate did not ask me my name or what I ordered. She lied and told me my order was on its way. I chose to ask her «what was the order?» She said «um» and told me to hold on, then hung up.
The delivery driver showed up awkwardly as I know he’s aware he’s beyond late. I paid him and he paused as he expected the optional tip, which I gave him, I don’t know why.
I am upset with this location. They need to get it together.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received half my order after an hour and a half. Paid for the whole thing. When I tried to call to have the issue fixed for the food I was missing, and the fact that the delivered food was cold, I couldn’t get an answer. Busy signal 35 times. This is literally the worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had. I would not recommend it to anyone. This place should be shut down.

I love this place its very close to where i work and so i order from them all the time. This one particular time i ordered cheesy bread and tomato sauce for an extra 50 cent. Not only did i have to pay for something i believe should be free, they forgot my sauce. I hope someone at dominos reads this and makes things right.
