This is more of an Iranian rather than Jewish type of store. It’s a a potpourri of a store, meaning it has a little bit of everything. They have lots of authentic food items such as cookies, candies, spices, jams, honey, and rices. Additionally, you will also see cutlery, tea sets, lots of hookahs and tobacco products, scarfs and head scarfs. I stopped in here to look after I ate at the restaurant in the same shopping strip. I didn’t need anything, but bought a few items to be polite as we took our time looking around the store. However they made the mistake of not knowing we understood their language. Apparently it was a friend of the owner’s asking to address me so she could make the sale and then get a commission. It may have been a joke but it was still inappropriate none-​the-​less. As I was leaving they said they sold sandwiches but we wouldn’t have known. Just be aware of what you are purchasing as we also saw a few expired items around the store.
