I’ve been through 4 different traffic lawyers and called many in the last 10 years. Some you see/​hear the ads all the time, and some got great reviews on Unilocal,but none comes close to Melanie!
I found her through Unilocal.A new traffic lawyer with a few reviews but all 5 stars is pretty skeptical to me, but I decided to give it a shot since I’ve had bad experiences/​outcome with the other more popular lawyers.
I didn’t get Melanie first time I called. I got a girl who told me that Melanie will call me back later since she was busy. That kind of puts me off a bit, since usually I get all the info from the first person I talk to when I call a traffic lawyer. But later that night, around 7PM, Melanie personally gave me a call! Which is surprising since the lawyers never call themselves. She was friendly and took her time to explain the whole process. As usual, she can’t guarantee to get the ticket dismissed 100% but that’s just how it works in Florida. However her friendliness and service and a special for us Unilocalers really sold me and I decided to use her.
My ticket got dismissed! It took more than 3 months for it to happen, because the court date keeps getting pushed back, but someone at Melanie’s office would always calls me to update on the situation. This NEVER happens with any other traffic lawyers! I think the reason the dates keep getting pushed it’s because Melanie actually fights for my ticket instead just plead no contest right off the bat. She is amazing!
I will recommend her to everyone I know from now. And I hope Melanie can keep up this level of service down the road when she becomes super popular and famous!

Melanie handled a very serious traffic ticket for me and got it dismissed. Her staff is responsive and professional, as well. You can’t go wrong with Melanie Horowitz!

I haven’t had the need to use melanie in a long time but when I did she was great. I used her enough times to get frequent flier miles! Lol

A coworker of mine gave me her number a year ago and from the first time we spoke I knew she was amazing. I am not the perfect driver and Melanie fixed my driver’s license. I am beyond grateful to her because I could have possibly had to go 5 yrs of not being able to drive. Thank you Melaine!!!

I always tried to handle things on my own when it came to getting tickets. I couldn’t keep track of all of them because I had 18 of them all in palm beach county. Melanie did not hesitate to take on my case. In fact she has got all of them dismissed and still has a couple more to go. she has been working on my family’s tickets for the past 2 years. Not only does her assistant call me every time she goes to court, but every time there is info on the case or I make a payment over the phone, I receive every bit of documents in the mail.
