Worst and rudest «customer service» people I’ve ever seen at any Michaels location in South Florida. Asked to speak to the manager and she was worse than any of them. She stood with a condescending grin on her face and a «I don’t care» attitude. As I walked out she yelled «have a NICE Valentine’s Day» in a mocking tone. You just lost a long time customer today. Wow. Just wow. (And when I asked for her boss’ name she jotted down «Derick» on a piece of paper and laughingly handed it to me. Derick you have some work to do as in firing and hiring decent workers before I consider coming back.)

Hands down one of the best places in the area to go for some arts and tons of craft supplies. Everything from paper to various linens and a decent selection on canvases and photo frames as well as fake flowers here. Seriously, if you want to make a faux flower setup, this is definitely the spot you want to try. I recently came here to get a painting framed, and let me tell you, I was floored by the pricing. Granted, they aren’t selling heirloom frames here but if you want to upgrade what your posters, pictures, or keepsakes are framed in, try this place out. At the time of writing this review, they were hooking up 85% off. Killer deal.

Worst customer service. Amber was highly unpleasant, as was the manager. I spend a lot of money at Michaels, and I could do without the poor service.

My trip was über short, but I got to say the staff was phenomenal. I had no idea where I needed to go but the girl was more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. The lady at the register also super nice, a little too talkative for my liking, but hey, it’s hard to find someone who enjoys their job anymore so good for her.
I think what made my trip so short was everyone being so helpful and efficient. Not much time was wasted on useless information or unhelpful staff.
I rarely craft, but honestly I would have no hesitation going back here.

This store needs to be completely reorganized! When you walk in, it feels and looks messy and depressing.
Also, not everything is usually stocked and you can waste a trip when trying to find items which results in driving around town which is not cool.
I hope they plan on fixing this place as it would be such a waste to see it go under.

Crafts on Crack!
Really!
Why do I have to live so close to this place? If you are into this kind of stuff, this is your heaven right here. I enter with one project in mind and leave with an easy 5 new ones and inspiration to last me the rest of the year.
This particular location is always organized and nicely stocked. My only gripe is their framing department is too pricey! Forget those Sunday coupons. It is a gimmick. When you get there you notice everything was already noted a so called 60%off before you even began to reach for the coupon. The other coupons are great though. If you did not get it in the mail just print it off their website before gluing to the store.
