Papa John’s Pizza

I was hankering for pizza today and remembered seeing an announcement on the jumbotron at the Heat game last night that with promocode «heatwin» your online order would be 50% off today. Sounded like a good deal.
So, while in the Publix parking lot I googled Papa John’s on my phone, opened their website, put in my zip code and picked the nearest location. Within 2 minutes I’d placed my order. Super Easy and fast. Got an email 1 minute later confirming my order. They’ve done a great job with designing their website ordering.
I have to admit I was surprised by how friendly and enthusiastic the crew at Papa Johns was when I arrived less than 15 minutes after ordering. I expected tired, cranky employees on a busy Saturday night, but instead saw lots of smiles and laughter amongst them while they worked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my pizza was already ready. I couldn’t believe it. With another smile they wished me a happy new year and sent me on my way.
Within 20 minutes of ordering, I was home with a very hot large pizza. It was fresh, perfectly cheesy, and perfectly cooked. That’s what you want in pizza, and for $ 7.82, I really couldn’t ask for more. Crazy promotion!

This particular papa johns has great service. Manager is very nice pizza was good for a chain place.

The woman I spoke to was very rude. I tried to order, I was very polite, when she put me om hold, I stayed on the phone. When I put her on hold to give her my info, she hung up on me. She sounded irritated and hung up on me again once I called back. I’m not ordering from here again.

Ordered on line from here tonight and was told 30 – 40 minutes. Got a call from them about 20 minutes later saying there was a problem with the oven and there would be a delay, I’m ok with that. Food finally shows up about 35 minutes later. The garlic knots were black they were so burnt, the pizza isn’t round… it looks like a «D», not only is the pizza cold (oven problem, yeah right) but my wife found 2 short black hairs baked into the cheese (she has long blonde hair so it wasn’t hers)!!! We just moved into the area and order out 5 – 6 nights a week on average, you can be sure that we WILL NOT order from ANY Papa Johns after this!

The first time I ordered here they got it right. Which was good. This time they got it so wrong I’ll probably never order here again. I ordered 3 pizza. They forget to hand me 1. So I have to drive back to get it.

I’m not a fan of chain pizza but the Heat won last night and Papa John’s was offering 50% off of online orders. Then a commercial popped up and I was suckered in because I actually have wanted to try their buffalo chicken pizza for some time now. The online order process was easy and I decided to pick it up since I found there was a location less than half a mile from me. I was greeted, my pizza was ready and after paying the courteous cashier asked if I needed parm cheese, crushed pepper, napkins, or plates. I can’t remember the last time someone helping me with takeout was so thorough.
Now for the pizza– it was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly with a good flavor. My only negative is that there was really not a lot of chicken on the pizza– which is sort of in the name.
It was worth the value though. If I’m hungover and don’t want to cook, I’ll definitely keep Papa John’s in my rotation ;-)

Ordered on line with a 30 – 45 minute delivery time estimate still had’nt received it after 70 minutes called store & they said they callede several times for my apt # but I had no missed calls on my phone & my address is on file
& they delivered many times to it. Won’ order from them again

$ 3.00 dollar delivery… REALLY!
To many pizza place deliver for FREE!!!
And it doesn’t even go to the driver. Maybe ½ goes to the driver. This place is less than a mile and half away!
