Sprint Store

Our family of 4 all needed to upgrade our iPhones. I spent a long time on the phone with customer service last night, and the rep suggested l go to this store to have everything done.
I waited a few minutes after I walked in. Although there were plenty of associates in the store, no one greeted me, so I wasn’t sure where to go. But then, Kevin, the Assistant Store Manager offered to help me.
Upgrading 4 iPhones is no joke. It takes time, tons of questions, passwords, and lots of patience. Kevin was an absolute Saint. He listened, he gave suggestions, he was honest, and never once complained about how long it was taking to set up and back everything up.
Kevin even suggested we go eat while he finished up syncing all of our new phones. When he needed my son’s password, he actually came over to Lime to ask, so that we weren’t more delayed.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience. We were actually considering leaving Sprint after some connectivity issues and inaccurate advice at another store. Thanks to my phone rep and Kevin, we’ll be staying.
Every establishment has strengths and weaknesses. Try not to judge based on one bad experience. If you’re not happy with who is helping you, just ask for someone else. It’s that simple. This is a great store.

¹¹⁄₃₀ — PHONE UPGRADE!
After having my S4 for 2 ½ years, I figured it was time for an upgrade. I came into the store after work around 5:30 p.m. The young lady at the counter told me someone would be right with me. I looked around the store for about 2 – 3 minutes at all the shiny new phones. I was then greeted by Ali.
Ali is AMAZING! He looked at my plan and automatically told me what I could get as far as upgrading my plan based on my usage and my new phone and all the perks that came with it. With the purchase (because they don’t just «give» you a phone anymore) of my new LG4, I was able to receive a tablet and a new 24″ LG TV.
The tablet has a one time $ 36 activation fee, 1 year free service, after the 1 year it is $ 10 a month. The new TV, even though they had the boxes there, you have to go online and apply for the promo offer. You receive the TV in 3 weeks after you register. This OFFER expired that night.
Sprint bought back my phone and I was able to get accessories. I got the tempered glass and a case for the phone. All I paid extra that night was $ 8.88 for the accessories.
They did not have the tablet that night, so Ali called and had another store in Weston hold the tablet. The manager was supposed to pick it up the next day. I needed to go back to the store and pick it up. This is fine since the store is right next to my job on my way home.
Great customer service from Ali, the best I’ve had at any cell phone store. He is knowledgeable and he really cares about his customers. I saw a few customers come to the store just for him.
¹²⁄₁ — I called Ali around 2:00 p.m. before picking up my tablet and he told me the manager Joe was at the store picking it up and if I would mind coming by today. He was very apologetic. No problem. I hope it’s there :)

I walked in and a professional retail consultant greeted me by the name of Nicolas Morales. He turned a tough situation into one I will never forget! Thank you for fixing the situation and listening actively to what I needed and what I did not need! Just a transfer from a five to a three and no sales pitch! If I ever need a new phone, I will seek Mr. Morales. He earned my business!

The staff was friendly but that was the only good thing about my experience. My phone stopped working so I made an appointment to have it looked at. The rep advised my phone crashed and they would order me another one but it wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. it was Saturday evening so I was upset but understood. Their sign in front states next day delivery with their Total Equipment Protection Plan, which I have. I call on Monday to check. I am told to call after 3 because it will be in. I call at 3:30 and the rep advises it will be in on Wednesday. I call at 1 on Wednesday, that rep advises it will be in on Thursday. I start to get mad and he rechecks and says it will be in tonight. I go in, made an appointment, to pick up the phone. The rep is unable to put my contacts or anything else back on my phone. I am able to put the contacts and some stuff back when I got home. I went to an awesome Sprint store the next day and they had my phone back to normal within 5 minutes. I will never return this store.

Goofballs. Went there twice:
first time I waited 30 minutes to see if they had the latest iPhone but couldn’t wait any longer, there was only one person in front of me being helped, but they only had one person helping customers and answering phone calls.
Second time I called to make sure they had the latest iphone, they went and looked and said they had multiple colors of the particular one I wanted. I made an appointment. Showed up, they had zero of even that model. I am sure they didn’t even bother to check and just told me yes over the phone.
