I went here because the place has good reviews but overall I wasn’t pleased with all the services. It was my bday and I was treating myself so I wanted a great relaxing pedicure and it was far from that. The place is extremely packed and loud (already not my style). It was me and 3 other girls and all of or pedis were rushed as well. No massages at all and no extra care given for my bday or for our group party. The woman who did my pedicure was very unprofessional and borderline rude. But one good thing is she does eyebrows really well so I’ve gone back just for that. If you want a relaxing time this is not the place but I guess if you wanna be in and out this may be for you. Place is clean and smells good inside but it’s again very busy and loud and there are lots of people everywhere so it makes for a tight fit to even walk around the place.

Been coming here for years. The staff is so nice, the place is clean. ALWAYS busy. And my nails look great after and hold for several days. Couple bucks extra but worth it!!!

I usually do my own nails but I wanted to treat myself to a manicure & pedicure. I was very excited to find a place that was close to me. I called to see if they were busy and they said they weren’t so I drove off ovet. They were packed! The nail salon nice and much larger than any other salon that I’ve ever been to but everyone was crammed together. I got a pedicure and manicure and was very happy with how they turned out. Once I got home and took a closers look I noticed the the coats of color were very uneven. The Polish started to chip and come off 3 days later. I wish that I had taken a picture. I was pretty upset that I paid so much money. I’ll be doing my nails at home from now on.

I have been coming here for my perfect gel fills with Cindy for several years. She is super fast and always does an amazing job. I have had mixed experiences when using other techs here and can agree with other reviews about it being pricey and busy, but can always count on Cindy when I make an advanced appointment.

The staff is always friendly! They have a large assortment of nail polish colors to choose from. If you don’t have an appointment, the walk in wait time is usually no longer than 15 minutes.

I used to live in Ft. Lauderdale and this was always my favorite salon! 2 years later, I’m still trying to find a place like this in New York.
The work is thorough every time! The employees are pleasant and there are rarely any differences in the results when it comes to mani/​pedis. The salon is clean, they use disposable nail files/​buffers AND they cover the bowls with plastic for pedicures!
It’s a little up there in price compared to what other salons charge but so worth it. Every time I visit I leave the airport and come straight here:)

First I wanted to relax on my birthday so I decided to come here. I’m from the Orlando area and getting away from school and work was much needed. Not knowing where to go I Google nail spa and found this one close to where I was staying. When I walked in I was greeted right away and let them know I was new to their establishment and wanted a pediatric what type of service they provided. She gave me a list as I looked over what I wanted I choose my color I was taken right away. Just let me say I will definitely come back considering I’m down here once a month. It was fabulous and the foot massage was much needed. Thank you for starting my birthday off with a bang. And the glass of wine what a great touch.

Jennifer is sweet, charming and an excellent nail tech. She does a magnificent job with regards to shape and her massages are excellent. My only problem is they never last 2 weeks! I wouldn’t go to anyone else but her. Must make appt especially if you want her bc she is booked from am to pm.

Went in here for the first time for a mani and pedi since I live right around the corner and didn’t want to drive all the way to Miami on my day off to my usual nail salon which is next to my job. I loved it so much better. Great décor, I got a very friendly nail tech, not to chatty, good price, great service. Will probably stop going to the one next to my job and continue going here on my days off.

So my regular place disappointed me again. My regular nail tech is away for a month and they tried to shove me with another tech that I previously had once before who barely cut my dead skin and did a full pedi in under 20 minutes– with polish! So when I saw it was her I simply walked out! I was so angry because I really needed a mani/​pedi and I was so frustrated because I needed to relax. I reluctantly drove to Venetian knowing I was taking the same risk of getting god knows who but if I’m going to spend $ 35 plus tip it better be for more than 20 minutes of subpar service. Well everything happens for a reason. I walked in, was told to pick a color and was placed with Trang. A quiet unassuming technician but she did a FANTASTIC job. She didn’t speak much, which I was happy with since I was dead tired. She cut a ton of dead skin off and went back for any pieces she missed. The polish was perfect and then I had my pedicure. Again, she took her time, cut my nails and tons of dead skin. The massage could have been a bit better but in all honesty I appreciated the detail she spent on getting my nails back into presentable shape. The pedicure was about 40 minutes in total and I tipped her nicely. I even mentioned to the owner/​manager what a great job she did. Unfortunately, it was her at day before a month long vacation but I will definitely be back if my regular tech is unavailable again.

Ask for Alex or Jolie! If you are looking for a sanitary nail salon Venetian is the place. At Venetian Nail Spa they never reuse the files or buffers on more than one customer. They will even give them to you if you ask. Complimentary wifi available

The only consistent thing about this place is their inability to be ready for appointments. This is the second appointment this week that didn’t begin until at least 15 minutes late.

I decided to get my nails done after work. Thinking it was Saturday past 7pm, I didn’t think I needed to make an appointment. I mean who really gets their done on Saturday night? Well a lot of people do.
I put my name down and the women at the front said the wait should be 30 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait because I was clueless to what color polish I wanted to wear. I ended up looking online and found a color I really wanted to wear, which was Essie cashmere matte. I didn’t see the polish on the wall so I went up to the front desk and the women handed me a new bottle. Not even 15 minutes later and my name was called.
I was greeted by a friendly women who did my manicure and pedicure. She tried making some small talk which was nice but it was a little hard to understand her. She seemed like she was rushing through the entire manicure and pedicure. She was done with everything in about 30 minutes. I noticed the technicians wear pages, so I figure they need to hurry up and move onto the next client — kind of like a sweatshop. When you go to salon, you want to feel pampered and relaxed. You don’t want the time you set aside for yourself to be over in the blink of an eye. Hence, the main reason I took away 2 stars.
The overall manicure and pedicure was good. The price was average, $ 35 for a manicure and pedicure.

Normally this place was just okay but I found a technician I really like and that made all the difference. Jennifer is very sweet and talks to you but not too much especially if she senses you just want to relax ib peace. I like that she takes her time and I have never seen my nails look any better after a manicure. Seriously, all of the cuticles were removed and she didn’t make me bleed or hurt me at all. She has a very gentle touch.
I like their pedicures here because they do a number of treatments including a scrub and hot towels and this is the basic package.
I also love their color selection for gel manicures. I noticed that OPI gel manicures last the longest and they always have the matching regular nail polish for my toes.
My only qualm is that they are a bit pricey. Not overly pricey, probably comparable to most places, but it is definitely not the cheapest nail salon.
It is very nice inside and they give you a small bottle of water, which is a nice touch. But the space is pretty cramped and they are always busy. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes but I make appointments anyways to specifically get Jennifer. Other technicians I’ve had sometimes ignore me and are dead silent and they rush through everything. Try it out but with Jennifer.

What makes a nail salon stand out to me? Several things. Cleanliness, good staff and the ability to tip on cards.
I thoroughly enjoyed my mani pedi here. Me and a girlfriend decided to come in around 7 pm on a Thursday and we had around a 10 minute wait. No big deal since it takes me forever to pick polish anyway. I ended up with the same hot pink I always do. We ended up with pedi chairs next to each other since we requested it but our manis weren’t. Boo but no major harm done. I love the fact that they line the pedicure basins with the plastic and the instruments are fresh out of the autoclave packaging and you can see this. I’m weird about sterility being in a medical field so this is major to me.
My nail tech was Wee and we had a good talk. After my girlfriend and I were split up at separate mani tables we talked for a bit and he was very easy to chat with. Enough so that I would drive here to again and pass a dozen nail salons in the process.
At the end when I was paying (she treated to pedis but I got my own mani) I noticed there was a line for tips. At some salons they require you to tip in cash which annoys me to no end. As someone who is usually a fabulous tipper but never carries cash, this is the best way for me to come back. I hate having to plan ahead and hit the atm or feel like a jerk under tipping.
My full mani pedi (their basic-​they have plenty of upgrades) was $ 35. For that price they did an fabulous job, I’ll be back. Ask for Wee.

had a pedicure recently and was very disappointed! Over priced and tech rushed the service. No thanks I found another salon that is small, took their time and the result was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Not only am I saving money but getting better service elsewhere!

It’s hit or miss here.
The work done is always top notch but the experience from the nail tech varies. Some are chatty and care to make your visit pleasant while others are just trying to get through the day. I continue to go based on the «hope» of having a pleasant experience and the location is perfect.

Love the service here. I ALWAYS get the hot stone pedicure. I always ask for Maggie. She is one of the nicest, she conversates, and her work is good. BEST HAND MASSAGES EVER.
Hands down the best place for a male to visit.
