I have been a resident for two years and I recently had my apt. renovated. I was worried about the renovation process, but it went smooth and the staff was very helpful. I really love the new flooring.

Previously lived at this complex between 2009 and 2011, and loved it. I was in the market again for an apartment while I build my house, and the community looks fantastic. The apartments have been updated, the grounds and gym look better than ever. I always enjoyed this complex, it was quiet, you could barely hear any noise and the office staff was extremely helpful. I find the current staff to be cordial and went out of their way to show me around, and point out all the changes since moving out. I still highly recommend this complex and look forward to moving back in.

Pretty sad when you have lived somewhere for a number of years and they wont paint the interior of your apartment, if there were new tenants every year they would have to paint it each time. So I asked if they would supply the paint and I will do it my self they said «I don’t know when we could get you the paint» so I said I would be happy to buy the paint and you could reimburse me… the manager stated «why would we do that»?
