Master Cuts is always convenient for me and they do a good job. I prefer to walk in rather than make an appointment. I’m always welcomed at Master Cuts and they always fit me in. I don’t ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It’s a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don’t they want the extra income?
