Off the Hookah

It’s a great place for club music, dressing up, and drinking. Not a dive, gets packed late night. Fun if you like to pump it up and dance while sipping on some bubbly, as they say.
Hookah itself is great too, but, does not last long enough for the price, with usually only one fast burning charcoal on top.
Recommend for big city club feel (unavailable in Plattsburgh otherwise)

Walking into this place, you have to take a second to remember that you are in Plattsburgh, NY. The owner definitely tried to make this spot into a more NYC/​Miami type scene, but so far it seems to be working for college students.
Beer on tap is terrible, so I go with a bottle when I’m there
now if you want an extremely strong mixed drink — this is your place… seems as the bartenders do not know what they are doing. So a vodka soda turns into a cup full of vodka with some soda splashed in… hey, works for some people!
Music is good on the weekends, and dance floor is typically crowded in a good way
i think that Off The Hookah is taking a lot of business away from The Green Room — but unfortunately OTH is kind of out of the way of the rest of the downtown bars (like 2 blocks)
