We had a party of 10 and the meal took about an hour to get. Mixture of reviews at the table about the quality of food. ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. We had 6 children and the adults food came ten minutes before the children’s. Most likely not to return.

My silverware was dirty… crusty, sticky with paper stuck to it. You tell me before the silverware was wrapped up in the napkin no one saw that? I asked for new silverware and had to get it myself from the empty table next to me. Mr. P didn’t get his drink refilled after asking. We had to catch the general manager to get it refilled. We must have had the mayor or something two tables next to us because we counted… service to their table 7 to our 2 times.
Food was your normal diner food. Nothing special… nothing to make me say WOW!
Too many coughing, snot nosed, crying little kids for my liking… Not a fan.

I stop in here about once a month for breakfast. They do have excellent pancakes but the «maple» syrup is fake, fake, fake. On the plus side they warm up the imposter syrup prior to bringing it to your table so at least it pours easily. If I’m not in the mood for pancakes I usually order the Mediterranian Omelette. This is a great omelette that will more than fill you up. If you don’t want a side of toast you can get a side of pancakes for no additional charge.

Worst service and horrible experience bringing my parents here the day after xmas. After order and drinks we didn’t see the waitress again for an hour and half.

I’ve been here numerous times post and pre fire.
Consistent. Only been here for breakfast with the family.
Pancakes are solid. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good. Definitely go for those.
Parking lot is good and spacious.
The lines can be long, but for good reason.

This place was not a good choice. I figured this would be quick and easy choice with two kids and because we were staying at the hotel that was connected to it. The food was not very good at all. I only ate a very small amount of my dinner. I was up all night with food poisoning, and felt very out of sorts for the rest of our trip. My kids also didn’t really like their food either. Luckily, they didn’t get sick.

Decent for a chain, similar to Friendly’s. But no real maple syrup = pancake FAIL. I asked and they had none.
