There is a reason this place has amazing reviews! They have such a great commitment to quality, as well as a genuine care and concern for customers being happy with their service. They prices are very reasonable and they are so pleasant to deal with. The shoes I have taken in came back better than I expected. It is so nice to have someone I can trust my shoes with and not have to worry!

Five stars are not enough for this shop. Ray and his team are the best of the best. I only purchase the best shoes money can buy, so when I need some work done on them I only chose someone I trust and that’s Miracle. If I had to drive 20 miles to get to the shop I would make that drive.

The owner knows his shoes that’s for darn sure.
He can repair and fix anything. He is 100% honest gives you his input on what you need and will give you a price straight away.

High quality repairs and expert guidance set these guys apart. They saved some expensive sandals for me, then replaced the delaminated soles on a pair of dress shoes, advising me how not to overspend and still get good results. Quick, pleasant, helpful and fair.

I LOVE this place! They are kind, knowledgable, fairly priced, easy parking, the real deal. Best shoe repair place I’ve ever been to.
My swede boot had a tear at an odd location, the owner gave me different options. And they were done quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

As of today I have brought in a total of 6 pieces to have work done here.
They have done an excellent job on my TB flats, YSL flats and Gucci pieces.
The money I have paid has been most definitely worth it.
What I’ve paid hasn’t been cheap but when you are taking in quality items, why would you want to cut corners? With this being said, the prices have been reasonable.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time! I brought my leather boots here that had a cut on one of them. Someone there patched it up (not the owner). Afterwards the owner called me to ensure I was satisfied. Honestly, I wasn’t. But because of that he asked me to bring it in right away so he can see what work was done and how he could fix it. He reassured me he would handle it himself which he did. And now, my boots look fantastic! Owners and businessmen such as these are a rare breed. They sincerely make sure that the customer is happy.

Excellent customer service!!! I brought in a pair of suede plum CK flats that unfortunately got close to destroyed after a night out. Found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. Ray said he could make my shoes look brand new with a simple shampoo and he was not joking. Picked them up about a week later and it was like they were brand new!!! Thanks again Ray!

Amazing customer service. I had a bag that needed new leather straps. Ray took the time to discuss my options and my price point. I am very happy with how the new straps look with my bag. Just as I was about to pay, Ray pointed out that I had a small internal tear inside the bag… something no one would ever see, but over time would get worse and worse. He offered to sew the tear for me on the spot so that it would not get worse. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I will definitely be back to bring him some of my other leather goods that need some TLC.

Very fast and friendly. they had an advertisement that Dai that they can text u when your shows are ready for pick up which I thought was cool. When I asked the gentleman if I can get a text when my 4 pairs of shoes were done he said no we don’t do that. But u can call us. We’ll duh of course I can call u. Then don’t advertise right at the register that your gonna text your customers when their product is finished!

I like the upfront and honest approach to letting the customer know how the repairs will or will not look after the fact. The repair on my ugg boot was good, the stitching should hopefully stay together as long as I don’t pull on the area that hard again…
My husband’s shoe looks good too. They did what they could to fix the Cole Haan shoe with the materials that the shoe is made with.
Overall, I was pleased with the service and the responsiveness. My order was ready to pick up when I arrived.

I can’t believe what extreme the owner, Ray, went to in order for me to leave his store/​experience enjoyable. Rarely do I still see business owners stand behind their word and product. The owner of this store gave me his word and he did everything he could to make sure I was happy. This is such a trustworthy business, I am just amazed at how my situation was handled… Exceptionally professional. I didn’t have to argue, the choices were simply up to me. They have gained my highest respect and I highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you, Ray!

Miracle is a great spot! You can trust with your expensive purses and shoes. I had them fix my Gucci purses even Hermes bracelets! Ray is the owner! He is a real business man, professional!

Miracle is the absolute best. My best friend and I both had shoes that needed fixing. She wanted reinforced soles and I had a pair of bright yellow leather Barney’s flats that my dog decided would be a tasty treat. I thought they qualified for the trash but she convinced me to take them just to see what they’d say. My Frenchie ate the entire back of the heel and the gray string that looped through it to make a bow in the front. The guys at Miracle said they’d fix it but the string would be the hardest part. I was shocked that the chewed up leather and hard to match color weren’t the worst parts! Only 2 weeks later, I picked up a pair of shoes I hardly recognized. They were absolutely perfect… almost better than when I’d first bought them!
After that, I felt totally comfortable letting them work on anything I needed. I’m getting married in less than 2 weeks. I bought a pair of silver/​gray Badgley Mischka platform pumps with jewels on the back that needed non-​skid soles. I then decided that they might be too difficult to maneuver around treacherous terrain for an entire day since they’re so tall. (We’re getting married at Greystone Mansion and there’s grass, slate, cobblestone, stairs… lots of stairs… all recipes for disaster after a few drinks and 5″ heels) I ended up looking for a similar pair and I found another pair of Badgley Mischkas… almost identical but with a much more practical heel at 3 ½″ instead but to my dismay, only ivory was available. I purchased the ivory and just dealt with the fact that I’d wear the silver ones for photos. Then, I remembered what a great job Miracle did on the other pairs I brought in. Ray told me he’d need a swatch of fabric in order to create the color since they make everything custom there. I knew I wanted gray blue but couldn’t find the color anywhere. I went to Michael’s and found a silk flower with a close match to my idea. I brought it in and said I wanted it a bit more gray. After a week, I got the call that they were ready. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything I’d hoped for and more! I couldn’t believe how perfect they were. I am so excited to have wedding pictures wearing these shoes. Thank you so much, Miracle, for making my dreams come true!
I recommend Miracle for anything. They are the friendliest, super fast and most talented. Price is totally reasonable for the quality and speed of their work. I’ll be taking my wedding rehearsal shoes there for them to fix up as well. Got lucky to find such a great place so close to home.

We just discovered this wonderful shop. Ray, the owner, and his staff are miracle workers with restoring and altering footwear and many other services. In addition to their amazing skills, the professionalism and friendliness makes a visit to this establishment a true pleasure.
We brought old shoes to be restored. We thought they were trash, now they are like new. We also brought in new boots to be stretched, and they are now perfect!

These guys are magicians! I swear it! I’ve been to a couple of shoe repair places but only these guys get my return service.
Not only is the customer service exceptional but the quality of their work is the best in the area.
I wish I took a before picture of my shoes because they were complete trash. Like I justified tossing them out but toon it to Miracle and they did just that to them! Take a look at my brown oxfords they look new don’t they?!

I’m pretty dissatisfied with the quality of their work. I brought in three pairs of shoes to repair the heels and a broken boot zipper. On the day of pickup the work was not done. I had to wait around while he fixed the zipper. On another pair of shoes the heel caps were replaced but the rest of the heel looked like crap. The third pair looked like they had been polished but that’s it. Where the glueat least but like not a drop of other work was done. And the prices: ABSURD. He quoted a customer before me a price of $ 22 to put a grommet hole in a pair of canvas shoes. I spent over a hundred bucks and I still have to go and get them fixed by another shoemaker.
If you’re thinking of coming here skip it and go buy yourself a new pair of shoes.

Came back for another pair of shoes who had been almost wrecked by Harry Salvatore Shoe Repair. Ray and his partner did a great job and placed a high quality rubber protector on my shoes.
I tried Salvatore Shoe Repair Shop who is closer to my home, but the terrible experience I had tells me I won’t try again. I’ll stick to Miracle Instant Shoe repair when it comes to taking care of my dress shoes. It’s not my local shoe repair shop, but it’s worth the extra miles.

Parking can be a challenge since Miracle is located on a busy street but is worth it. I brought in three pairs of shoes: one for stretching, another to replace the heel tip and one to fix scuffed/​chipped heels. The owner was honest and told me there wasn’t much he could do for my scuffed/​chipped heels due to the material. He offered to paint them and make it look as good as possible at no charge. The new heel tip looks great and they took their time stretching the last pair.
Heel tip replacement and stretching was $ 15 each.

Wow, what can I say more than ‘this place is amazing’. I purchased a pair of used manolo blahniks that needed some serious TLC. i took them to the shop to see what they could do. the guy who runs the shop was fantastic. he walked me through my options to repair my shoe, made recommendations as to what needed to be fixed immediately vs down the line, and also told me his honest opinion, where to spend the money, and where not to. For example, i thought the insert on the shoe needed to be replaced (and i was willing to spend the $$ to have it done) and he advised against it, said ‘lets dry clean and see what happens’ and he ended up saving me some serious money because of it.
i love when a shop isn’t in it for themselves but rather has the best intentions for the customer. So, i am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work done. my shoes look like a million bucks (well, probably $ 1,000) and it was worth the invesetment to fix them up. THANK YOU!!!
