Came here with my husband last night. Its was super busy and there were two people working. Not only did the line never move in the 20 minutes we waited there, but the line wasn’t even in the right direction for the store so we were literally standing in the doorway and the staff did nothing to fix it. Then when the line was put in the correct position, by customers by the way, some teenage girl cut in front of us. Her mom, who was in line behind us, asked if we were in line. And instead of calling her daughter to her, knowing that she had cut us, she casually walked up to her to start a conversation to play it off that she wasn’t cutting us in line. After a solid 20 minutes of not moving and with the crappy parenting from the lady behind us, my husband and I just left. Didn’t even try it. Seriously, hire more staff or train them better. It was a Wednesday night. I can’t even imagine what a weekend night experience at SubZero must be like.

They close early. Why post hours if you don’t keep them. Ice cream is good but what does it matter if they aren’t open when they are supposed to be. Classic case of teen workers wanting to go home early. So unprofessional.

We love the ice cream it’s always delicious! I’ve been to several sub zero locations and this one is one of the nicest! That being said, we went in today and received the worst customer service. There were 7 people ahead of us and the girl working made sure to let us know it would clearly be a long wait since apparently everyone just had to had ice cream at the same time. She acted very put out and did not smile once the whole time we were there. Two times the girl helping us made a point of mentioning that everyone needed ice cream at the same time. She managed to make us irritated and regretful that we came to the establishment. Last time I checked people in customer service were supposed to make you feel welcome and comfortable, this was not the case today. I believe her name was Rachel.

We came here on a Saturday night and it was SOOOO busy. I think this is where every high school student comes when they are on a date. I ordered their birthday cake that has a birthday cake flavored base, caramel, brownies, and sprinkles. Overall it was just okay. The ice cream was not smooth, it was crystallized and crunchy. There were more sprinkles than brownie or caramel put together which is not super great. I think I would come here again but on a less busy night and I would order something else.

We love sub zero! Their ice cream is amazing, way better than coldstone or the other ice cream places. It’s very cool how they make your ice cream. You choose your base(custard, yogurt, non fat, etc), flavors, and mix ins, and they use nitrogen to make your ice cream right there! It tastes great and it cool to watch. My husband loves ice cream, and he’s been to all of the ice cream places in the area and this is by far his favorite. And the thing I love about them, is they have dairy free options! Which is great if you’re lactose intolerant. So you can have them make your ice cream out of soy or rice milk.
