Wonderful place to come, and very clean with three rooms. Its A Lot more relaxing with a very warm atmosphere than studio grow and allows you to meet & mingle with other parents. Why did the owners think this was the BEST LOCATION?! Next to a saloon/​BAR! It’s Oriental Trading and Jumpy HOUSES at it’s best! I have gone once and that was enough. I went on a Saturday for a birthday party but I was so disappointed because I had heard great things about it through friends. Too small for birthday parties but they try to accommodate multiple parties at once — party areas are too small for two simultaneous parties.
My experience wasn’t the best — there were two guys there while I was there with my son and I have no idea if they were staff or belonged to a party but they had no kids with them. They were so dirty and filthy it was so disgusting!
It’s just a crazy mess.

On a rainy Saturday afternoon we decided to take our 2 year old twins, and 5 year old daughter here. Studio Grow was our first choice but they have limited hours on Saturday and Giggles was opened later. I had to do something with the kids because they were about to rip the house down with all their energy!
Price is attractive at $ 5 for 23 months and under, and $ 8 for 2 and up. It’s an extra $ 1 per child if you want to pay with credit or debit. I liked that adults were free. Yay! Studio Grow charges $ 3 for adults.
Upon walking in, it was PACKED. There is a baby gate at the front entrance. The shoe cubbies (have to remove shoes before entering — wear socks!) were filled and parents/​kids were streaming in and out with crying kids. The baby gate at the front door can easily be moved by a child. It is not bolted to the entrance door. If the parent ahead of you doesn’t «block» the entrance fully with the gate, a child can easily slip through when in the cubbie area. Other than that, to actually get in and play, it is monitored by a staff area with a baby gate that is bolted. They do the wristband system with the adult’s name on the wristband, and the number of people in your party on the wristband, along with matching colors.
There are different play areas for different age groups. Since I had my 2 year old twins, we were in the Under 4 Toddler Patch. To separate the two areas, is a flimsy baby gate which kept getting knocked down. Lots of toys, and a jump house. They do have the Giggle police who come in there and regulate if they see an older child jumping in the toddler jumper. They will ask for their age and tell them to get out and go to the other side.
Maybe because it was a rainy day I thought the place was either really crowded, or too small. On he other side for older kids they have the music playing, and bigger jumpers, also for teens and adults, air hockey and skee ball. Plus, there were 2 birthday parties going on. Party rooms appeared small, but birthday prices are attractive.
The bathroom was kinda gross. There is a changing pad on the changing table which smelled like pee. Yuck. I had to change my son’s diapers and thank God I brought a towel to cover the pad. Also, I was grossed out at wearing socks in a public bathroom… wasn’t sure if it’s water I was stepping on.
Overall, it is a decent place to take your kids. To me it felt like being in someone’s garage with lots of toys, and jumpers. Basically stuff you can have in your living room but don’t have the room for it?

Ah, what a fun place for those 5 and under. Inside fun factory with air slides, balls, bouncing houses, games, toys galore, mini-​train, mini-​merry go round, etc. Staff very friendly. Has a nice section for those 4 and under.
A fun place for those rainy days or just to let the kids run off some steam.

We love Giggles and have been patrons since Oct. 2010. Our son had his 3^rd birthday party here, everyone i have brought has also become fans. I have only heard staff asking kids their age if they are acting inappropriately in the toddler area, as a mother of a child within the toddler patch age range i appreciated this! The owner has always been very friendly and welcoming to us. The peanut warnings do come off a little excessive at first, but it really does not bother me and I’m sure a family with peanut allergies would appreciate this.
They have 3 bouncy houses, one being only for children under 4, a small merry-​go-​round, trains, and tons of toys. My son LOVES it here and i don’t blame him, it’s awesome!
We could not have asked for a better birthday party. The staff takes care of everything from set/​clean up to party favors. Just bring food and have fun! We also happened to have the place to ourselves, but that was pure luck! My son is still talking about it 6 months later!
Love this place! I feel bad that some people won’t enjoy this place based on some of the negative reviews. I would recommend people come and see for themselves.

My 3 y/​o niece and I love to come here. It’s $ 8 (or $ 9 if you pay with a debit/​credit card), and kids can play for as long as they want. There are three bounce houses– one in the toddler only area, one that is your standard bounce house, and one that is an obstacle course/​slide. There is a merry-​go-​round, quiet reading area, snack room– NO NUT PRODUCTS ALLOWED, and cubbies for your stuff. There is also an area for older kids– air hockey, skeeball, and foosball. Don’t forget to wear socks– no shoes are allowed in the play area.

I love love love this place. They keep adding more stuff and it just gets better and better. They continually fix problem issues (the fooseball table), and are coming up with new and fun things to do. Love that they have lockers and a snack area. Love that there is hand sanitizer everywhere. Love the local business table. The owner and staff are always welcoming and polite to my family.
However, if you are looking for a place to «relax while your kids play», this is not it. It is your job to look after your children and keep them playing safely. That is not the staff or the owners job. It sounds like other reviewers on here have an issue when kids were not playing safely and expected the staff to step in.
I have never had a problem with here and I invite the bad reviews to kindly shove it and go somewhere else so I don’t have to pretend to be nice to your brat.

I’ve been bringing my son here for about a year and a half (he is 3 ½ now) and it’s always been a blast. He gets to spend all his energy, explore, laugh, jump and run!
I like this place because 95% of the play area feels extremely safe (just the train makes me nervous) and so I do feel pretty relaxed just leisurely following my son around throughout the place. You definitely need to be near your child, you cannot just sit and watch them– but I think it’s worth it because there is a lot for him to have fun with!
I have had a few play dates with friends here and it’s always worked out fine.
The first or second time I was at Giggles I arrived and realized I forgot my wallet! The owner allowed us entry and told me to come back and pay when I had time. I thought this was great neighborhood-​style customer service & it definitely made me want to come back again.
I haven’t seen any bad attitude that the poor reviews talked about. The owner was very nice to my son, even helped calm him down when he started tantruming because it was time to go home.
I recommend this play place for ages 9 months through 5 years. I especially like the toddler area which feels safer for the little ones!

My 2 ½ year old enjoys play time at Giggles. This place is pretty much the opposite of Studio Grow. There are 3 bounce houses, a carousel, a train, and a ton of other toys and activities that encourages your child to move around and get all that energy out.
Food is allowed in designated areas, and drinks with lids are allowed in all areas. If you’re like me, you’ll appreaciate being able to drink your coffee while chasing your little one around.
Giggles is centrally located near shopping (another plus), such as Barnes & Noble, Target, Babies R Us, and more. It’s also right next door to CJ’s saloon (I chuckle every time I pull up in the parking lot), but at 10AM, there’s really nothing to worry about. If you want to go in the afternoon, maybe just plan around happy hour ;)
I must mention 1 negative thing about Giggles, prices for 2 year olds and up went from $ 5 to $ 8. It was worth it to go weekly for $ 5, but with the price hike, we won’t be going as often.

I really wanted to give this place a good rating, but based on the last 5 minutes with the owner… I just can’t.

3. Birthday Parties
— Needs a gathering place for people who are waiting for their
turn in one of the party rooms
— Needs at least a 15 – 20 minutes extra time for the staff to clean
and prepare for next party (so the owner doesn’t complain that
she does not have time to clean up)
— We offered to help her clean up and take off the stickers that a
2yr old guest put on her table covers and she «SNAPPED» at us.
— Make sure the garbage linens are changed before each party
— Parties have to end on time and if not you need to add more
minutes to the next party. No apologies were given to us.
— Needs better party favors. If I knew that all I was getting was 1
toy per child (not even in a bag), I would have gotten other party
favors. It just needs better presentation, that’s all. We asked for
light up swords, it didn’t even light up. Please let the parties
know to bring AA batteries.
Good luck with your business, but we won’t be coming back and we will share our Good and Bad experience with our friends who have smaller children also, and let them decide. However, I will most likely recommend STUDIO GROW.

We apologize for the stickers our little friend left on your table covers.
We offered to remove it with adhesive remover, which was readily available in my car (that would’ve taken the stickers
off the covers in 5 minutes) and even offered to pay, but the owner responded extremely rude to us. We just wanted to leave after that.

Loved it! I had fun and my almost 4 year old had a blast :) The lady/​owner at the front desk was nice to us (some complained about attitude) I noticed the employees cleaning almost the entire time… only the bathroom bothered me. no toilet sit liners and no way to dry your hands except for an old school gas station type rag. (yuck) Thats why i gave it four stars.
Other than the bathroom. we had a wonderful time! We will be back and we are even thinking about a birthday party there!

Ok-​so for $ 5 I have to remember that you get what you pay for…
With that said, I took my 2 year old today and it’s about our 10^th time going to Giggles. The staff? Not very friendly. The space? Just fine, my kid has a good time and usually wears herself out.
If it’s raining outside and its a weekend, FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO PLAY! Holy cow it was packed today –so the staff were particularly rude. Just wanted to take my kid outside for 10 minutes to give her a snack because there is no place to eat inside when there are parties. But nope, no ins and outs for even 10 minutes. Fast forward to me driving a screaming 2 year old home.
Thanks for ruining my Saturday.

Safe and spacious play for my 15 month old. Okay staff… not as friendly. I spoke to a couple people here today at our visit and they looked right past me. Hmph.
Play wise, my LO had a blast! The swing needs fixing but he loved the inflatable once all of the other kids were gone… and I loved the fact that there were baby gates all around and cubbies.
The bathroom was really clean and I like the idea of having changing tables in both the mens and womens restrooms.
I also appreciate the buy 10 get one free card and the cubbies and lockers because not everyone remembers or wants to lock their stuff in their trunks like I!
We will be back. It seems more fun in a group. We came today just to drop in while our cars were serviced at Pep Boys… but we decided to stick around longer and mainly everyone else knew everyone so we were probably the only ones without a birthday party to go too! Sorta awkward. Our next trip back we will probably come with friends!

Went to Giggles with my kids and 4 other mama’s and their kids.
It was cute. I like that it’s one big open space so you can see your kids most of the time from one vantage point.
It’s not very big, but my kids didn’t seem to mind since it wasn’t crowded but I can see how this place can get crowded and chaotic quickly. There isn’t much division for ages. A cute toddler section but it’s 4 and under? I would think a toddler section would be maybe 2 and under or a the most 3 and under. There is a small area for 4 and up which has an air hockey table, skee ball and some other games.
They say it’s for 12 and under but I honestly think my almost 6 yr old is tapping out of the the age range.
Super clean and the staff is very friendly.

We just came back from our first trip to Giggles. The facility is spacious which is good because on rainy days like today, it can really fill up! I wasn’t really expecting there to be that many kids but from what I saw, everything was pretty well managed.
There is a separate area for kids under 4 and older kids which is great. My little one has always wanted to try playing in inflatables but she’s *tiny* and has gotten run over big kids so many times that she was scared of them. Giggles finally gave her the opportunity to try an inflatable in a relatively safe manner. She had a blast!
Reading through some of the other Unilocalers that have complained about the price — uh, have you SEEN the prices at other kids play spaces in the area? I love the fact that Giggles doesn’t charge parent admission like another play space I could mention that is less than a mile away.
Also when other Unilocalers have complained about odor, I call that parfum de small kid. That’s what places that cater to small children smell like, sadly enough. Not pleasant but it is sort of to be expected. Even as full as it was, I didn’t feel that it was any worse than most other kids places.
I had no problems with the staff. There were several staff members on hand, all of whom were pleasant and helpful to me. No problems there!
We’ll definitely be back.

This place opened up in our neighborhood and we only recently checked it out. $ 8 per kid is a bit steep in my opinion but I guess it is meant to steer you to their monthly memberships which are definitely worthwhile if you go frequently.
I opted for the membership one month when my boys were on winter break. It was a nice easy way for their grandma to get them out of the house when they needed to let loose. Worked out great.
There is a separate toddler section for the little guys which is great so no one gets trampled. However, often times the toddlers venture out (with their parents of course) into the bigger kid area. This takes a bit away from what older kids can do. Regardless, it’s really the jump house that my kids enjoy and they encourage the parents to play along with their kids so we have great fun. There aren’t any slot games but there is foosball and air hockey. I think it is meant for kids up to 12, but I can’t see that as my 8 year old is probably already out growing the place.
Either way, it is great to have a local spot for those rainy days and the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Just had my son’s first birthday party here last Friday ¹⁄₂₁ and had a great time! I have 3 kids, 4, 2 and 1 and all 3 had a blast. We had kids ranging in ages from 12 – 1 and everyone had a great time! We chose a Friday night 5−7pm and it was great… there were hardly any other people in the place.
I didn’t notice any safety concerns like apparently others have… my kids had a great time. If I spent all the time looking for things that can go wrong everywhere we go, I would never leave the house!

C’mon folks, the concept and effort deserve 4 stars alone. I don’ t know how many times I wanted to take my toddler somewhere to play and run around and just couldn’t come up with anywhere. There’s only so many times you can go to the same outdoor parks, and lord knows I’m not taking him to The Jungle, which is suited for older kids.
Out of the blue comes Giggles. Sure, there are a few wrinkles to iron out, but it’s only $ 5, and my son loves it! There’s a HUGE void of places for the 1 – 4 year-​old crowd. I’m happy to have found one, finally.

While it is a very good idea, and on the outside it seems like a nice place to take your child, there are significant safety concerns especially around the choice of most of the materials. There are some materials that are appropriate for heavy use, but a significant number of items are the types of items you would purchase via Amazon or at your local Toys R Us, items that have limited lifespans and are not geared for frequent and heavy use. In a home is one thing, but in an establishment that is a children’s play space, you just can’t use those materials. They aren’t designed for heavy use and will break, quickly.
For a new facility, I hope they take some suggestion and purchase more preschool/​sturdy heavy gauge play items pull out the items that are not designed for heavy use. (The trampoline is quite scary… saw a toddler’s ankle caught). Supervision and visible presence on the floor by staff would also be heavily needed. The owner may also want to have a waiver of sorts for families to sign before they use the facility, I don’t recall being given a waiver to sign. It could even just be the first time you go… but the waiver is what the owner needs to protect in case of children or anyone getting hurt.
As a parent, I spent a significant portion of my time trying to keep children (not even my own child) from punching, biting, and being aggressive toward others, while the staff literally just stood there and didn’t intervene, even when they saw it. (My child wasn’t even involved, but I cannot stand there and watch two children jump on punch and hurt another third child. All one has to do is to stand by the jump area supervising frequently and it would prevent that type of action.)
Good idea, but we won’t be going back. Ever, especially with the attitude of the owner who was very harsh toward small children, when many of the incidents I witnessed could have been handled by a presence on the floor by staff. (like another reviewer put… very school marmy) As a parent to a child with special needs, who had to spend a significant amount of her time feeling like a worker… supervising children who were not her own… It was incredibly frustrating. I won’t even get into the details, but a lot of work needs to be done to make this facility a 3+ (and I have a background in this) .
Like I said, a very nice idea and we were very excited at the prospect, but it gets an F in my book.

What a great find! This place is Awesome for kids under 12! My daughter had a blast and the staff is super friendly. She has already requested her 4^th birthday party to be held there! Great jumpers for even young toddlers and it is super clean! Price is awesome at $ 5 per kid and they don’t charge for the adults with them (unlike some other places) Definitely will be back per princess’ request! LOL!
