When I first went to see him, I thought that his age, which was about 85 yrs at the time, meant that he would have a lot of experience, but I think that he might be too old to still be working. Not only does he lack skill l but he is also very aggressive in treating his patients and is unethical. He ordered to have my lower middle 2 teeth rather than 2 premolar teeth taken out to reduce the crowding, which extended my treatment from 2 to 4 years. This resulted in severe bone loss and gum recession. He also completely ruined my teeth. I ended up with an open bite in the front and back, and it is so huge on the left side that it cannot be fixed with crowns. The roots of my bottom teeth are no longer in the bone, and are close to falling out. My upper teeth are also slightly loose, so I cannot use my front teeth to bite anymore. Additionally, my teeth go inward, so I look like an old lady when I close my mouth. In order to fix this, I’d have to go to a prosthodontist and spend $ 80−90k in order to get cosmetic crowns and fix my gum recession, or simply just get a full mouth implant. During my treatment, he frequently experimented on me and would remove and re-​add my rubber bands on my braces just to see how my teeth would react. Please be careful if you want to see this orthodontist, as he may just use you for his own research!
