6÷11÷16 @ 9:30AM I CAMETOMCDONALDSFORBREAKFAST and we weren’t even greated. The cashier was very rude he didn’t speak, even say hello? Or what can I get for you. He just stood there and waited for me to say something. The counters are very dirty so are the tables. He needs to work on his attitude. Unacceptable !

Customer Service sucked! First off, the guy who took my order was not wearing a uniform and that was kind of weird, because normally they’re wearing a polo and a visor with the company logo(he was a nice guy, btw). Anyway, after I paid, I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes, and there was no employee in sight. Meanwhile, the cars continued to stack in the drive-thru. When I finally flagged down the night supervisor, who just so happened to be walking by, I inquired into how much longer my food was going to take? First of all, there’s usually someone by the Drive-Thru window and they’d apologize if there’s a delay and ask if you can pull into the parking lot and someone will run your food out to you, then they apologize again and say, thank you for waiting. But no, this lady gave me an attitude shouted from a distance, «I’m waiting for the fries, do you want them cold!» At that point, she was about to cursed out, but instead I chilled and the next day, corporate got a call. I understand sometimes work can be frustrating but you made the decision to work there and you’re working in an industry where Uniformity and Customer Service is important. If you don’t want to take pride in your job then quit and let someone else come in and do it right!

Only been here twice and despite the reviews I’ve read, I had a pretty good experience here. Then again, I’ve only gone through the drive-thru. This place is right off the freeway. It’s right by DVC. A ton of parking near it. The drive-thru has a lot of room especially in the morning when the long lines start to form. Nothing really unique about the menu. Same prices, and same items on it like any other McDonald’s. The person who took my order was really pleasant. He was really chirpy and happy so it made me feel nice especially after feeling so tired. Got one hash brown and a cup of water. Rounded to about two dollars. I personally believe that they price a hash brown too much. One would think it’s be worth 90 cents not like $ 2. Fresh out of the fryer. It was hot, crispy, and fell apart quickly in my mouth. Served it’s purpose.(1 star down for the price. Yeah I know picky.)

I’ve been here several times and I think they do a good job. The people at the drive thru are always polite and get me my food pretty quickly. My food has always been pretty consistent with what I get at other McDonald’s. Good work!

My 11 year old could make fast food faster. I suggest going to a different mc Donald’s if you are in a hurry.

Management is very poor. Rosy is not qualified to be in customer service. After I got my fries they were all cold so i asked for fresh cooked fries… which shouldn’t be an issue what so ever considering how cheap they are and its not coming out of her pay check to cook new fries if its requested. Any ways she continued to tell me they were just cooked and instead of making new fries she re cooked the old ones making them hard. My friend thanked her(which she did not deserve) she didn’t even reply and went on with another customer. I just don’t understand why ppl get these jobs if they hate it… I’m sure she can be a dish washer if she doesn’t like to satisfy customers… Also I asked for no onions and pickles instead… but got onions on my burger which I am allergic to… but of course when confronted there was no pickles in their inventory so that’s why they felt to leave onions instead…

Macdonald’s is nearby DVC college so i was surprised they weren’t busy noonish.(guessing they have good taste or were in class). brew: coffee(1+)M –smooth, non acidic –actually tastes better than 7 – 11’s coffee(1.65+ for super cup) drips: –lots of parking, all biz closed nearby save the halloween store. –may try new chicken item one day.

I took my daughter to this place she went at playground in the outside. I suddenly saw a small snacks in front of my 2 years daughter. This playground not safe because it’s kind of old. Need to be renewal. Be careful over there.

This McDonald’s needs an over haul. Maybe a complete tear down like the one in Monument in Concord. Very dirty and dated. Seems to still have that early 1990s McDonald’s colors and theme still going on with the pinks and light blues. Old enough you might think the«Hamburgler» might jump out… not to mention it seems they don’t want you to come into store. There seems to be one door into this place all the way at other end, not even a double door. Oh and talking about dated, try the kids play place, broken and worn out. Hope McDonald’s corporate reads these reviews, cause these franchise owners need a walk though for standards!

Despite other negative reviews, my experiences at this location have been pretty good. It’s right off the freeway and down the street from my job. They have free Wi-Fi and to me the staff has been friendly, but then again, it’s fast food, you really shouldn’t expect much more than moderate service. I will continue to come for a snack here and there.

Unilocal needs to allow 0 stars. This place was a joke. After spending $ 20+, I just asked for a little more fudge on the sundae since there was hardly any. She said, «No. I have to charge you extra.» What??? Since when? It doesn’t even get close to what they advertise(see photo). McDonalds, stop fooling your customers. This is nowhere near your ads.

This mcdonalds has the best customer service! I don’t know why the other reviews are saying other wise but they are always super friendly to me, always smiling, and saying please and thank yous. The drive thru people are the best! I even commented a young guy a couple weeks ago saying I appreciated his professionalism although I didn’t get his name.

The guy who checked me out(KS#3) may 23, 2015 at 17:41pm…hold the empty plastic cups touching the inside part and when I told him not to, he said he did not… He then was angry with me and hardly answer my other questions… costumer service: bad. I will not be back there…

I’m actually surprised this location is averaging 2.5 stars I try to lead with positives before listing the negatives but in this case, all I can say is plenty of parking. Otherwise it’s dirty, has horrific customer service, bad, cold food, no kids area and no electrical outlets. It’s near a community college so in theory it should be racking in the $$$$ With so many McDonalds in this sad state, I’m not sure how it stays in business.

The people at this McDonald are as rude as it gets. They make you pay extra for sauce even if you bought several meals. You get one napkin per person. Talk about cheap and rude. There are a lot of other McDonalds in the area. Don’t bother to give your business to this one.

Like I mentioned in my previous review, this place is simply lightning fast. In-N-Out is right across the street, and both have long lines at lunch, but this place is *always* faster, every. single. time. I had lots of issues with their order accuracy before, but fortunately it seems to have improved quite a bit. Not only that, but employee attitude has improved tremendously. Even when they do get it wrong, they are very nice about it. You never feel rushed, or like you are inconveniencing them. I recently took a road trip and didn’t encounter a single McDonalds that came close to this one. Lucky for me because this is the closest one to my house. For some reason, these days, I find myself eating a lot more McDonalds ;)

This is just a review of the drive thru. Everything has been fine the few times I’ve been here. I usually don’t have to wait too long. It’s McDonald’s: it’s not fine dining. You know what you’re going to get.

Uummm, NO! Came through the drive-thru to get the baseball boy an ice cream cone. Ordered with a few cars ahead of us paying & picking up. Got to the pickup window and the cone was already dripping a little and leaning to one side. I handed it back to her and asked for a straight one so he didn’t knock the ice cream onto the car floor when licking it. She gave me a look of disgust & annoyance, and while rolling her eyes, turned around to tell her mgr. He came and asked me what the problem was. I told him the same thing– I just wanted an ice cream that wouldn’t fall over in the car. ** HERE’S THE«GOOD» PART: I watched the two of them messing around near the ice cream machine; the mgr walked around the corner out of sight for a second. He brings me a nice looking ice cream, but as I’m driving out, I notice the top of the actual cone is all crumbly & scraped off! SERIOUSLY, you scraped the ice cream off my son’s cone, using who knows what(the counter, the sink, the trash can edge, the freakin floor? Heck, with the attitudes, I wouldn’t put it past ‘em)… and tried to pass it off as new? Uuumm, NO! You dump that melty !#@! and MAKE A NEWONE! The entire thing probably costs McDonald’s less than 10¢ so why try to skimp, cut corners, and ruin someone’s experience? So dumb and not worth it bc I MARCHEDMYSELFRIGHTINSIDE for a refund, more attitude, &NO apology from mgr Enrique!

They have given me a cold wrong order for the last time. They get a second star because they have mostly typical McDs food, even if they can’t get the walk in orders right, and make sure that you stand around until the food is cold.

In all the years that I’ve randomly gone to, and through this McD’s — on the way to work, on my way to school, on my way home from shopping at Target across the street, or just after filling up my gas tank like today… I’ve never seen a panhandler at this location. Until today. McD’s iced coffee only costs $ 1.89 for 24 ounces. I woul’ve shelled out close to $ 3.50 for a venti if I went to Starbucks. Tough times, people. Tough times. while waiting for the truck in front of me to advance, I was pondering in my little thought bubble if the $$ I saved by not going to Starbucks, is now going to go to this poor guy? Truck guy ended up giving him a dollar bill. Panhandler guy was so stoked that he walked away and didn’t even wait for me to pull up. I did end up saving my money after all!(BTW, the iced coffee at this McD’s made my stomach rumble a bit, but not enough to result into immediate No.2 action)
